@@cozarooni1834 Hoopa Confined has a few moves that both it and Zoroark can learn (such as Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Nasty Plot, Substitute, Dark Pulse; the moves go on and on,) that could pair it well ofc. I learned this when I caught a Hoopa in Pixelmon (As Hoopa is actually obtainable in the mod by catching it in a Desert when a Legendary Spawns during a specific time,) while having a Zoroark to see what kind of shenanigans I could come up with. As for Unbound I am not too sure but it could be possible for it too since you can have the same moveset on Unbound as Confined with Hyperspace Hole being replaced.

One Zoroark partner I have fun with is Gengar, as both can learn Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball, Nasty Plot and Sludge Bomb. Basically a perfect disguise for if you have that moveset.

@Monki Flip Use Pokémon that have moves Zoroark can learn, use a Pokémon like Gengar because they cover each others weaknesses, and know when to switch in and out. The last one you'll learn through experience. I also wouldn't lead Zoro because that's what most people expect. Also run a sash for if you mess up, or in case you get hit with a neutral move. Defog is good to have on your team too, just to get rid of any hazards.

@Monki Flip generally, don't. It's really not that good of a pokémon, especially when players can just use U-Turn or set hazards to mess you up. Or you only play low tiers, where Zoroark is much more viable.

He’s a bit more useful on here then in the actual games though, here the opponent knows you have him in your party, so it can lead to them being paranoid about wasting a turn by using the wrong move, but in the games your opponent is probably gonna one shot him either way due to his piss poor defense that even not very effective moves have the chance of one-shotting him, pretty much forcing a focus sash on him

Gotta say I love that they played along with it instead of silent plays. Love it when my opponents say stuff. Doubly so if its some anime-esque stuff or puns. "Youre looking a little tied up here." While using constrict? Amazing. 10/10. "You must be a fool to think I will fall for that- THIS CANT BE!!" Absolutely bonkers. I love it.

Though it adds a layer of difficulty. But it's an extra layer you can play with. But is 50% not usable as some people just spam attacks. On 5/6 Pokemon.

I remember hearing somewhere that the thought of the presence of a shark can be more dangerous than the shark itself. This sort of ties into that I guess.

My man needs to just straight up retire after that one, no way he can come back from an outplay that devastating.

I really appreciate the wholesomeness of this. I've seen too many videos where they're basically just making fun of someone for just not knowing what Zoroark does, but this is just gold. Excellent play, beautiful comedic timing, and no hard feelings.

Zoroark never was a huge favorite of mine, but god it it fun to play proper mind games with people when you use one.

Illusion makes Zorua and Zoroark always enter as the last non-fainted member in the teamlist. When they switched Shedinja for Urushifu, Shedinja was pushed to the last slot of the party, so Illusion changed.

Nice vid. Even if this is just a skit, it's good to see Zoroark being used for its intended purpose so well.

2 sides on how zoroark is the most controversial pokémon to exist: 1 - People don't get how zoroark is of a different typing and moveset to something it mimics(moveset exception r for those who can use exactly the same moves) 2 - People knowing about zoroark and r tricked into thinking zoroark is in the play(as seen at the beginning)
