Man is an adult human male. Any other definition is no different than a female claiming to be a man which is no different than male claiming to be a woman. There's only one correct definition of a man, an adult human male, nothing more, nothing less. If an adult human male is wearing a pink dress and calling himself a little girl, he's still a man. Any other definition of a man than adult human male is delusion, subjective and false. There can be good man, evil man, Muslim man, non-Muslim man. Anyone that says man is anything other than adult human male has no idea what a man is. Man is adult male human, nothing more, nothing less. Any human male that has went through puberty is a man even if society calls him a boy. All respect for imams but if a Imam gives definition of a man that's other than adult human male, it's no different than LGBT community giving their own definition to man and woman.

Also 24:37, Allah is not giving definition of a man, Allah is saying that Allah is glorified by men who are not distracted by worldly affairs in remembrance of Allah in morning and evening. I'm not trying to cause argument, just trying to correct the Imam who is more knowledgeable than me but sometimes less knowledgeable can correct someone who is more knowledgeable. Allah alone is allknowing and no human is allknowing.

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 747 Abu Hurairah narrated that: the Messenger of Allah said: "Deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."
