Im already building my own Zillow based on university students of my school. It started out as a school project that every student in class had to do as groups. My group was shitty (team of 6) and now I’m just rebuilding everything atm. It’s challenging asf but I’m learning alot. Plan to finish before school starts back up for me

I have all of those and I am a hobbyist. I want to start a tech company though. I’m still so far away. I get discouraged looking at projects from veteran coders. They can literally do anything. Nice topic and suggestions. Im a beginner mature developer (48y/o) and figured javascript & node js was preferable over php. It can be tough knowing which direct to focus on, and whats most likely to be future proof! Its like blockchain and alt coins, anyone can have a go at creating one but only the select few will evolve over time to become the daddy! Thanks for the ideas fella.
