5 Ingredient Lemon Muffins | healthy & high in protein | NO FLOUR AND EGGS

MAKE TASTY MUFFINS WITH NO FLOUR AND EGGS AND THEY ARE HEALTHY ??
This is Episode twenty-one of a series called " Oatylicious". In this series, you will find many ideas on how to turn old boring/plain oats into something new and delicious. This is perfect for anyone as these recipes are healthy and easy to make.
These lemon yogurt oat muffins are super easy to make and are amazing for meal prep. If the yogurt isn't sweet enough add some sweetener of choice like stevia or maple syrup and adjust to taste.
Ingredients:
450 g oat flour (ground oats)
100 g almond flour (ground almonds)
400 g Greek Vanilla yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
zest and juice of one lemon
Topping: 100 g Greek Vanilla Yogurt, 2 tsp lemon zest and optional lemon curd.

    @@juliaantunes5660 yup just leave the almond flour oat and use more oat flour or coconut flour
