This will also work out your core and increase your flexibility. While this is geared towards Taekwondo, we recommend this workout to anyone, but especially martial artists!

    Please do more excecises on bed since I am too lazy to get up from my bed these days lol 😅 so that I can do it while suffering tiktok. Do you have tiktok anyway?
