This is great, especially since it allows to combine your drills with any kind of boxing or Kickboxing workout as a strong finisher. Or just to focus on these drills as you do. Much appreciation from Germany.

Boxing and weightlifting are different sports. You wold not stay single round with me in ring, I would not stay single bench press set with you. Regardings the muscle gain. Weightlifting is the base.
