Here are 5 free things to do in Omaha, Nebraska, plus 2 great places to eat while there! We visited Omaha recently and stayed at a campground near the city (watch til the end to see which park!). We are traveling all over the country while on a budget, so we look for fun (and free) things to do in just about every city we visit. Omaha has lots of amazing things to do, but we focused on 5 free things that will allow you to have a fun day without breaking the bank!
We don't list the cost of the restaurants because we all have to eat, right? You might choose to make sandwiches at your campsite before heading out or break down for fast food in town. You might also choose a great Italian restaurant in the city (there are several) or hit up the local Runza for some great food (we did!). Either way, we all want to make the most of our days when traveling and Omaha offered many free things to do!
