Hey there! Unless it's a homemade protein bar or a real good whole food manufactured bar - don't do it. Too many protein bars on the market contain too many additives, preservatives, or simply inferior proteins. Opt for whole foods first and foremost. Plan ahead and prepare meals for 3-4 days... also known as meal prep. This will help ensure you stay on track with your diet and it's only one day of cooking, not everyday preparing 3-6 meals daily. ☝️🤓

Your are ignorant about soy, soy doesnt ruin gains, it is a slightly less amino complete protein then animal protein but it doesn't increase oestrogen. It has a plant compound that mimics the chemistry of oestrogen but has completely different effects that don't ruin muscle growth. Don't take my word for it, go check the science on soy and oestrogen and soy and muscle growth
