So I have done barbell & dumbell shoulder press weights, was doing 30 lbs on dumbells, and 50lbs on barbells. I have been on the Popeyes's and Blue Star weight loss challenge Since March . Have had to make some adjustments recently in all arm weights. I hurt my shoulder in March before I started this program. Just had my ultrasound 2 weeks ago, since the exercises the specielist gave me in April did not help! I have been working out with a Subscapularis tear & Supraspinatus tear. So I am readjusting the amount of weight, but I have a high tolerance for pain since the rotator cuff has been damaged for so long! Will keep this video in mind thanks!

Day 28. This is my second go at this. The first time, I had an injury after day 18 or so and needed a two week rest period to heal. I restarted this from the beginning and absolutely had a blast. I also love my results. Thank you so much for putting this together. The workouts and layout of the pdf and videos were spot on. I plan to check out many more of your videos for future workouts.
