5 Foods that Help Anxiety

I’m guessing you’re probably getting pretty sick of hearing about all the foods that are evil and bad that you should be eliminating from your diet. And doesn’t it often feel that there is so much contradictory advice out there about what foods are terrible and which are amazing?
In this episode of Good for Me TV, we will be talking about what foods to add to our diet (instead of focusing on what to eliminate) that have been shown to specifically help our mental health and well-being. These foods have also been shown to help reduce anxiety.
And because our brains, our bodies, and our emotions are all interconnected our emotional well-being can't help but be impacted by the foods we eat.

I just wanted to thank you for all the great information you're giving out to the public. After 8 years of having my anxiety under control it has come back with a vengeance. And I also started to feel new symptoms that I didn't feel before when I had my anxiety 8 years ago, which has made me more anxious. I personally feel like a slave in my own body because I cant do anything that I love to do due to my severe depression and anxiety. However, I am seeking help and trying to get to the root of the problem in order to recover and feel normal once again. I'm going to try everything I can to treat it naturally first before I take any medication due to the fact that I did it that way 8 Years ago. It was a long path but I eventually go to where I needed to be. I also found out that stress can actually misbalance your electrolytes causing more anxiety which I didn't know that could happen. Now that I'm getting more education on how to deal with my disease I want to obtain as much knowledge as I can to relieve this anxious feeling inside me. Once again thank you for your time and effort on publishing these videos.

Javier Toledo Cortes I am just finding out how much stress takes a toll as well. And I didn’t realize how much stress I had at work until today which is my day off. I’ve been feeling great all day because I’m not thinking about work. I work in commissioned sales by the way. I first had my first anxiety attack in 2015, and mine came back this year. It’s been getting better day by day but yes I don’t want to deal with this anymore. Try using a hypnotherapist.

It really works!!!! I know from experience that your body can lack nutrients because of having a rough time. It's very important to take good care of your body and put yourself first. Supplements can be beneficial for getting your motor running when you're starting to really go for making the change( next to all of your good advice). Thank you again for your time and effort. You really are making a difference💖

Serious question what about weed its a leafy green surely? no but I eat healthy because that was one of the first things I looked at to combat anxiety, you tend to start to look at everything, now I don't eat any added sugar and I cook from scratch, because I have OCD and don't want other peoples dirty hands handling my food. I will check out that tea though.

I stopped smoking for over a year and it made no difference at all. I don't smoke large quantities anyway and definitely not everyday, you wouldn't drink everyday so don't smoke everyday. I prefer to exercise anyway, smoking weed all the time just gets boring, so I don't do it.
