Big ups to everyone working effortlessly trying to earn a living while building wealth. My wife and I we are both retired with over $2 million in net worth and all paid off debts. living smart and frugal with our money, made it possible for us this early, even till now we earn passively with our asset coach. Adapt to a lifestyle, be thrifty, set a budget, save money and build more streams.

Excellent choices having a great savings and more streams to earn makes life goal’s easier but our way of life needs better alternative,at the same time, people also need to be more responsible. I know for a fact that there's a lot of people that simply don't make enough, I make roughly hundred plus a year and in California, rent inflation alone eat up almost all of what I make, with dependents and other obligations included, it's easy to end up with zero. however it’s a good time to add to existing asset holdings as follow -on opportunities

I resonate with what you said ma’am, you could also take advantage of some growth stocks at the moment, every pro is currently bagging on some digital surge. For me, my coach Margaret ann myatt the intelligent advisor has been using every opportunity to ensure I benefit, well positioned as I’m also privy to improve. It completely changed the approach for me, feel free to write direct to help construct your approach as well.

Hey love your videos man, I am an incoming freshman at Clemson University and still don’t know what degree is more worth it Economics BS or Finance would you have any insight?
@KenjiExplains
2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Can you not be undeclared for the first 2 years at Clemson? Just take some classes in both Econ and finance and see which one suits you best? To be honest, both degrees offer similar work opportunities, but perhaps Econ keeps a few more door open, while Finance is slightly more specific.

Great video! I will be attending Zicklin School of Business as a finance major from next year & interested in getting into investment banks like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. Baruch College offers the following courses and 5 of the 6 classes are required. Any idea which one I can eliminate from my choice? 1. Financial Accounting I 2. Financial Accounting II 3. Real Estate Finance and Investment 4. Real Estate Capital Markets 5. Investment Strategies in Property Markets 6. Valuations and Underwriting of Securitized Real Estate. Thank you!

Probably underwriting but obviously depends on which branch of banking you’re interested in
Hi Kenji, I just graduated in an investment degree last year and I genuinely don't know what career path to pursue in this industry. I enjoy the stock market and learning about the mechanics and technicalities of how it works, but I enjoy interacting with people. I don't know what career path I can pursue that incorporates some degree of both 😢
@messiahscent
2 жыл бұрын
Idk if your degree qualifies you for AUDITING, but that's what I would suggest. Since you enjoy the technical side of corporations, you'd enjoy reviewing their Financials and studying the company from the inside
In UK for being an FP&A you need to be qualified ACCA or CIMA and the salary is far higher than US
Want good money and work life balance….. get into internal auditing for public companies (obviously there might be some that might have high hours but most tend to not have them).
Hello, this is a great video! In which category does risk management fall into ?

Hi Kenji ,just wanted to ask that is it necessary to have a background in finance for a career in Investment banking or can people from other streams with appropriate skill set can also make it big?

Hi... Thank You for this video 🙂 One question, what does a Financial Analyst does? Could you please make a part two as well?
@KenjiExplains
2 жыл бұрын
It's hard to say what a financial analyst does because the title is quite vague...but it's usually got to do with looking at financial numbers to determine what business decisions a company or person should be making like investing, raising money, saving etc.

I wouldn’t worry about the technical skills so much you usually learn them on the job. So you just need the basics to do well in interviews. Id recommend taking some financial accounting and corporate finance classes in university if you can

Word of advise, the crypto market can be very tricky especially for newbies. If it hadn’t been with the help of my broker Mrs. Sarah Pearson whom i can’t thank enough. I had already given up on crypto after loosing so much money.

Highschool diploma. Work your way up in retail banking. Become a senior FA or branch manager. Make $100K/yr. The idea one needs an expensive, "target school" degree is complete bullshit. No? Then earn a degree from a local, inexpensive university and go work in wealth management. Obtain your CFP designation. I know guys
