    1) "Get around to" When you had the intention of doing something and you finally do it or began doing or didn't begin(in this case we use present perfect) 2)"How come" How did that happen or why did that happen. Example: how come you are living 3)"get to" You have an opportunity to do something that you were not able to do 4) "Head" Head off - you are leaving Head out - you go outside your home Head in - you enter a place 5)"Manage to" when something was difficult or unusual to happen but you are successful. I managed to buy a ticket to see Beyonce.

Bro the second example, is leaving, that means move from the place. In your case you used living (sounds similiar) that means be alive or staying for long time in the same place (I live in Paris, I live in Canada, I'm living a dream).

Ages ago when I was in London I got to see all those streets that are always so clean all the time there. I was amazed. Once when I was heading to a shop a lady said "sorry" just because she was one step ahead of me and she headed in the store first. I was amazed again. How come are you British people soo polite? It's really beautiful and unusual if you compare the behaviour here where I live. Thanks.

Btw, Ron in Harry Potter keeps repeating this phrase in different situations - "How come?". In fact, the series would be quite useful for those willing to learn lots of great English grammar and lexics (though the vocabulary is rather simple, so eventually it'll be intelligible for everyone). After a while, I managed to comprise the dialogue (and couldn't put "manage to" nowhere, so this sentence is purely for it's sake). - Dang, so much time passed and I haven't got around to learning even basics of English! - How come? You've spent so much on it - both time and money - and...wait a sec. Aren't you just...? - No, I'm not. - You... - I said - I'm not! You can be annoingly pushy sometimes, you know? Now, what are you driving at with your...em...pushments - what are you driving at? What do you want to say, boy?!! - Pete, come off it, this is getting rediculous! You know English perfectly well and it's obvious for anyone who's got the least of brains. - But... - Enough! I'm heading off, gonna get some drinks. Wanna some? - No! You are leaving, then I too. I'm going home. God of War is out and this evening I finally get to play it. Needed to sweat over downloading it in original. I mean, I've got to learn the damn language after all... - But... - But yeah, tons of work ahead. Cya. - Ok...

Today, after having been waiting for ages, I eventually, got to watch this wonderful, educational and entertaining video by you ALLY; I don`t have enough money to be able to afford to learn English from a professional teacher but thanks to you, I can learn English without having to spend a penny. you are an angel to me. you really have no idea how much I adore your videos; I just can`t get enough of them. The more the better and the easier for me to learn English. I watch every one of your videos with great attention to detail or I dissect them, so to speak. I have managed to learn English enough to type in a comment. Keep up the good work; you are incredibly helpful
