Over the past year, I've faced some significant challenges on the home front. Balancing the demands of raising two small children while managing chronic migraines has proven to be more challenging than I anticipated. Unfortunately, the toll on my health has led me to experience tremendous burnout, and after much reflection, I've had to make the difficult decision to pause my video production for the time being. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible support you've shown me throughout this journey. Your kind words, encouragement, and enthusiasm for The Domestic Geek have been a constant source of inspiration for me. It truly warms my heart to know that my videos have brought joy and value to your lives. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and I am navigating these challenges with the well-being of my family as my top priority. I am taking this time to focus on my health and to be fully present for my little ones during these important years. While I may be stepping back from creating content for now, I want you to know that I am not saying goodbye. I hope to return to making videos when the time is right, and I am able to give you the quality content you deserve. All of these recipes look extra yummy!! 😋 As a native Greek, I would strongly suggest that you put olive oil in the tzatziki sauce. It is a must! Also, in many regions of my country, we use vinegar instead of lemon juice and some people like to put grated carrot in it (I usually don't, but it's a nice touch). Keep up with the great work ❤

Yes Denny, i agree about olive oil in tzatziki...there is not typical mediterranean recipe without extra virgin olive oil!!!

Plis we dont really use butter in Greece. Olive oil is healthier and far superior.

Basically in Greece we usually eat tzatziki with souvlaki...It's devine combination!

I've been obsessed and craving all things greek/Mediterranean the past few days so this is right on the money! I made my pasta salad the other day with chickpea pasta and it was so good. I've been cutting my greek yogurt with avocado bc I had it on hand. I need that book bc I need the recipe for that mix!!

Mediterranean food is definitely my favourite and these look AMAZING! tried thousands of Mediterranean recipes and can't wait to try these too. I'm drooling

Just ordered the book. Love the Mediterranean everything. My mother was from Nothern Italy, right on the Adriatic. My nonna fixed foods that were not really Mediterranean but very good. Formerly being part of the Austrian-Hungarian empire, there is much food variety. But I truly fell in love with the Mediterranean foods.

Mediterranean food is so good! Tzatziki sauce is a gift from the gods 😍 However, can the feta be optional in these recipes? Because I really dislike it, unfortunately. Or maybe I could replace it with something else?
