I agree. Am I the only one that thinks that the ranger witnessed the actual murder? If he would’ve stopped the killer before he went into the tent instead of waiting for him to come out then that poor girl would still be alive

"I couldn't have done anything...it's not my fault....what could I have done differently," you mean as a ranger whose responsibility it is to make sure nothing's wrong, with the authority to question people, you noticed something suspicious and ignored the bad vibes and then left. Hmmmmm. What could you have done differently? Try "your job"

A wendigo way south in Arkansas when they're an Algonquin and First Nations monster that inhabits cold climates? Mmmm I dunno about that. Unless it's taking a vacation, that's in the wrong place. Like people who think they see skinwalkers off Navajo land.
