I really appreciate how NOT pretentious you guys are. You always show us realistic food and I really like that. None of that fancy ingredients and complicated techniques recipes, just good food that is accesible to everyone. This channel (and "You suck at cooking") is now one of my faves!

Little follow up on this! I pulled off the best damn Curry Ive ever had! A friend of mine whos frequently to thailand said that it tastes just like there and he ate up 4 plates and all the left overs! The chicken was nice and tender, the sweet potato didnt mush up at all, the brokkoli had a perfect bite to it and i just hit the spiciness sweetspot where it was super hot but it didnt take away anything from the taste! Im super happy about this, thanks for showing me this awesome talent! I got to show off in front of my friends so hard!

I live in Korea and am vegetarian, so I make a lot of dumplings myself. I use these to stuff with all kinds of leftovers: Italian, Mexican, Indian . . . seal them, brush with olive oil and pop in the oven (can be frozen) for perfect bites. Also make nice mini-pie crusts! I'll definitely steal your taco shell idea (hard to find crispy shells here, as I'm not in Seoul) and your savory pancake (파전) hack! Here we dip savory pancakes in soy sauce with chives and sesame seeds (at home I like to add soy sauce!). Anyway, a great watch!
