The pergola, for example would have cost $4000 in our area for a contractor to have done it. We spent $400 (plus $200 for my ER visit! 🤭) So yes, lots of savings and lots of hard work. 💪🏼 So glad you found your way here and joined us! Happy Sunday, hope you have a wonderful day! ❤️

The fireplace wall is stunning and love the hidden secret and I love ALL of what your did with the back patio!!! Wow!! Your hubby's building and your plantings are just gorgeous!! Now that we have finally been blessed with a child, we are enjoying it even more and feel even more thankful to have this wonderful home.

It was a full build, so framing it out, cutting the shelves to size, and my husband even made the doors himself. Nothing was prefab, though that is also an excellent way to go, too. Hope you have a happy New Year!
