5 Change of Pace SECRETS (With Drills)

Спорт

These are all good examples of what I'd consider "tools" to help you become better changing speeds with and without the ball... and if you don't have these in the toolbox and work on them consistently, no matter how creative you try to get - it'll be tough!

This was a great video, love how you show the options you got from a change of speed below the perimeter.

Reality of it is that wnba players skills are more translatable than that of the top superstars we watch💯

@@Parrallaxativesthat’s what makes guys like Luka so special. He’s not that fast, but his footwork is unmatched. He’s also very good at changing pace.

@@SuaveSkii there are 100s of 6’8 200 pounders that are way faster and more athletic than Luka. The only differences between him and them is better playmaking, lights out shooting, and crazy good footwork.

“The gospel is that I am so sinful that Jesus had to die for me, yet so loved and valued that Jesus was glad to die for me. This leads to deep humility and deep confidence at the same time. I can’t feel superior to anyone, and yet I have nothing to prove to anyone.” - Tim Keller

I know you are doing the right correct components of change of pace, but why do you still look so predictable?

  • @Needthat247

Because he’s just going thru the motion while trying to explain the nuances of what’s being described full speed it wouldn’t look noting close to predictable and even if it was u still wouldn’t be able to react quick enough to stop it
