I completely changed my sleeping habits and I feel more energetic without any form of depression I used to have, it's crazy when I'm thinking that the best medicine is free for everyone. The problem with sleeping enough as a student makes it so u get no time to do something else then work. Wake up at 6 go to school, get home at 6:30-7:00pm then eat, homework and then sleep at 9-10pm... this lifestyle would probably cause depression, therefore i believe that even though sleeping helps a lot i think that calming the mind by doing something else is more important and in a way better for the body.
