L tryptophan. In this systematic review, meta analysis and meta regression of 18 articles. Tryptophan supplementation, especially at 1 g or more can help improve sleep quality. But keep in mind this might be better suited in milder insomnia cases.

    I had been struggling for months with my mind racing and causing insomnia. Even a benzo + Benadryl didn’t help.     Sleeping at the same time every night really helped my sleep. Also, getting sunlight in my eyes first thing in the morning a long with exercise.

    ​@ArsalanAspires So do we take all of them u recommended or just pick one? Your thoughts w glycine w cancer studies? I actually take 3gms of glycine and love it. As far as the Mag Theronate, u said 300 to 500mg at bedtime. That would be 6 to 9 capsules at bedtime. We can't get by w the 140mg dose on the bottle? Love all ur videos ❤💪💊

    @ProGamER__801 Delta sleep-inducing peptide (DSIP)is real good. I like Magnesium Glycinate, Theanine, Apigenin when I don't do the peptide.

    I do not need any supplement or tincture anymore. I do acupressure, massage on my head, face, my fingers, hands, legs when i am in bed. Plus i do deep breathing and i heal myself from insomnia. In case i need to drink something to sleep, i drink hot cow milk 2% with ground nutmeg. Don't forget to pray . Nice hair cut. Sir. Nice room also.

    I really enjoy your videos. I have learned so much. Which supplement would you suggest for a 3 Rd shift worker who sleeps during the day ? I have started working 3 Rd shift about 2 months ago and my sleep is awful. I am only getting 4-5 hrs a day of sleep. When I worked day shift I was getting 8 hrs of sleep.     If you take calcium with k2 also take magnesium so it doesn’t clog your arteries magnesium is for calcium like K2 is for vitamin D so it’s best to take all 4 together as recommended

    Melatonin, propolis, magnesium, zinc.. 8oz water. -about 20 minutes before laying into bed. Works 95% of the time. Zzz.

    It's an essential amino acid. Means you must get it in food since your body don't make it. So yea it is safe and *absolutely needed* to stay alive even if you take SSRIs. You can safely take tens of grams daily. You actually do sometimes depending on what and how much you eat. Does it work for sleep? SAVE your money and eat Cheese Chicken Egg whites Fish Milk Sunflower seeds Peanuts Pumpkin seeds Sesame seeds Soy beans Turkey

    Hey, I was prescribed Mirtazipine as well. I dont take them anymore, i found they didnt really help much anyway. Lower doses are better....but higher doses just kept me awake. Have u tried supplements? Magnesium Bysglycinate, B vitamins, Vit D ? Have u tried changing amything? Lifestyle habits? I feel u my friend, ive struggled with insomnia, anxiety for years now. But i am sleeping better. It takes awhile but it can happen. Presxription meds is the last route u wanna go. Dependency can cause a whole world of problems.....im an addict as well with 2yrs clean from heroin and fentynal.
