In private sector jobs, even in 2021 package starts from 2.5 to 3 lakhs but PSU starts from 8Lakhs. And in terms of monthly salary, 90% of private employees got minimal salary and 9to 10% got salary which is good in comparison to PSU which private sector highlights

Bhai mera Quora ka answer padhna ka usme bahut sare point diye hai. Itna sa hi bataya tumne . I have attempted suicide also because I am not able to change my job because of family responsibilities , and work pressure . We have to work for 16 hrs shift 2 times a week also whenever anybody go on leave,which is killing. Tell the truth bhai sabko batao kya sachhai hai .

bhai DA same hi increase hota h , chahe officer ho ya employee. DA has been decided by central government not by any individual PSU, so it always same for officer and employee. let me clear you , from 2017 to 2020 , 3 years and DA % is now 17 % , so u can calculate ka yearly increment

general timing are 8:30 to 5 only , but if you are working in shifts then u have come in the shift

@@salarygyan bhaii aap kaafi achhii position pe ho bro if u are satisfied it doesnt matters that others are satisfied or not we know how one works in psu its between private and govt one has to do job we know that bro aap psu ka compare railway se kariye ur organisation is far more best and better than railway one railway sse gets in hand salary of about 55k-60k but one psu er gets salary of aprox,80k -90k u see the accomodation facility see psus township far more better and best than railways accomodation bro dont feel embarrased of what u r earning u r idol for our society people compare far best u as compared to us may god bless u and u enjoy renumerations bro

Demotivate matt karo bhai PSU Officer 10 years kamm karna ka badd uska salary 3 to 4 lakhs per month ho jayga or uska bhi jada ho sakta hai...PSU officer ka level & salary IAS officer ka bhi jada hai. UPSC IAS exam sara stream like arts,science jo study kar raha hai o sob de sakta hai aur uska syllabus non technical so exam comparetively easy aur GATE exam ka syllabus fully core technical se so bohot hard type ka aur logical type ka questions ate hai so bohot tough hai ye exam

Ha bahi abhi sail aur vizag steel me pay revision nahi hua hai.aur aage bhi bahut kam chance hai.due to affordability clause of 3rd PRC. which is very bed thing. Is liye uska DA itna jayada hai.
