I get up at 5 o'clock every day. Then I go to kitchen and drink a class of water. After that I draw 100 bucket water from the well. Then I drink a glass of water again. After sometime I go to my farm and watering my plantation. In my opinion it is great experience in my morning .

If we are staying in a busy city or town, we should try to wake up by 5am to enjoy the calmness of the roaring city to improve ourselves. I hv read Robin Sharma's The monk who sold his Ferrari, who will cry when you die. The latter one is very easy and life changing book so i hv read it 2 times. Now i have ordered 5am club also.

That's my usual wake up time.. Sunday is my cheat day. What's important is waking up at 5 am. But you could have your own schedule. There's absolutely no need to follow Robin Sharma's schedule. What you need to do is meditate on your life goal first thing in the morning and say to yourself I can and I will... and believe me the magic will unfold.

This book is incredibly special to me, as it helped me install a game-changing habit of getting up at 5 am and run the 20/20/20 routine. This book has changed my life before its launch. Yes, I heard Robin Sharma talking about the 5 AM club in an interview with the founder of Mind Valley, Vishen Lakhiani. I was so inspired by this webinar that I joined the 5 AM club the very next day and started running 20/20/20 routine. By the time this book was launched, I had successfully installed this new routine into my daily life by following it for 66 days without any break. This book delivered what it had promised. However, honestly, I didn't like the fiction added in it. After reading Robin Sharma's other books: The leader who had no title; The monk who sold his Ferrari, I had set my expectations too high. In fact, the fiction is really distracting - while explaining something important, suddenly, Robin starts describing what the entrepreneur (a character in the book) was wearing, how the artist (another character) was holding her, etc. It is really annoying. Remove all the fiction from this book, it would be one of the best books in its category.

Thanks for the review. I have been waking up at 4.30 am for quiet a long time now... say more than two years now and prior to that I have been waking up at 5.30am. I managed to write my second book Change on the Fly -From a Whining Team to a Winning Team in little over three months without taking time away from anything else that I was currently doing to write my book. There are days I decide to wake up late but I decide on those days and there isn't the internal war anymore when I am waking up. Only the initial days are a struggle... sticking through it for long enough without giving up makes it your second nature. Yes I would like you to review my books. 🙂

It is said by the Ayurveda that during 9pm to 5am window the nature is best suitable for our brain to calm down leading to good and healthy sleep. Waking up at 5 am is a Herculean task for me because I can't go to bed at 9 or 10 pm but I'M TRYING. On the other hand, I think I am good enough with my routine as I wake up @6 am by sleeping 12 or 1 am at night and after that performing all routine activities like Meditation, Yoga, Exercise, Reading, following my diet n all. 😊😊😊 So I can say you guys should join my @6 am a club. (here I'm kidding😁😁🤗) BtW I'm a huge fan of Robin Sharma sir.🙏🌱🌱🌱

Takes me average of 1am-3am to go into sleep at night due to study and other work, waking up by 5am is quit difficult. If i sleep by 1am and wake up by 6am is still not giving proper sleep time. manage your time according to you, according to me sleep for atleast 6hr is a must.

Hi Helly I am 5.00 am group for last 10-15 years. Reason that it work well is simple. Remember when you attend your exams, you attend all simple and easy scoring question first 1 hours, then remaining 2 hours you invest in other difficult question. Likewise 5.00 group tend to reduce your stress early morning once you attend all difficult task. Hope you got this. I shall definately buy this book to improvise further

I wake by 4:15 AM every single day! have been doing it from past 2.5 years now. My single best advice is, you DONT need 7-8 Hours of sleep if you can master the art of meditation and having control over your thoughts and mind. Also Don't follow Robin Sharma blindly as he is one of those FEEL GOOD influencers who people like more coz they make you feel good but their theories aren't very practical in real life. I sleep 5-6 hours a day (I even do intense workout 5-6 days a week and I have a great health and fitness). Arnold, the greatest body builder only slept for 6 hours, Modi sleeps for about 4 hours.

If someone find difficulty to join 5 am club. In my suggestion, in beginning, start atleast for Monday to Friday and convince ur mind that I'll give u rest on weekend. In the beginning it will help to get used to, bcz it's mentioned that " a new habit always take 66 days to get implement". Once you see the difference automatically u get motivated and 7 days will become an easy task for u All d best guys👍

Hello Helly Sissy, It's better not to directly go to page as you suggested. Unless reader relate him/herself with the characters it's difficult implement the methods author shared. In long term, if we go directly to the methods without necessary mindset, it won't last longer. Thanks for the uplifting content !!!
