Lucy Tuffs The necklace never became a Stelena thing. Stefan gave to her ONCE that too for protection. Afterwards Damon was the one who kept finding it and bringing it to her. He brought in twice, Elena fell in love with Damon because he was selfless about it. It became a Delena thing afterwards.

I honestly think Elena has had feelings for Damon since day one. Maybe not feelings-feelings, but the first time she saw him when she went to Stefan's house to look for him and Damon surprised her, she just looked in such awe haha! And they definitely had a connection from the beginning. I think season 3 is when she really started to let her feelings show, but I think they were definitely there way earlier!

I think it was more of an attraction than feelings in S1. Like she appreciated his sex appeal from an objective point of view lol. But I don't think she had any real feelings for him beyond that until season 2. That's when I think the beginning of something started, but even then it wasn't full blown.

Well just look at that face. I'll be awed as well but then in don't think she realized her feelings for hm even though she did subconsciously. Damon wiped her memory of their first meeting but not how she felt about him that first moment.

Damon saved Elena in the exact same place where Stefan let her die. If this doesn't prove to people that Damon is Elena's savior and that Delena is the real epic couple, then I don't know what will. The room scene was the most honest, beautiful and romantic scene ever. There was so much love, trust n gratitude in Elena n Damon's eyes for each other which was exhibited when they held hands

If you truly loved someone you would do as they wished, I’m a full down Delena shopper, FOR LIFE!!! Difference between Damon and Stefan : Stefan always said that Damon isn't good, that he can't be good, that Elena wouldn't choose him. I noticed that every time Elena and Damon have such a romantic moment, he always says something for Stefan. Remember when he confessed to Elena that he loves her? He said that his brother deserves her and not him. The same in this scene - Elena takes Damon's hand and is close to him, he could just kiss her, but he decided to say that Stefan didn't lie to her and told her about the cure. Love Damon💕💕

I mean since the times of Katherine, she downrated Damon's love for her soo much. Damon if loved.. Loved with his heart and soul. Elena is all he had.. Stefan was lucky enough he got Elena first. I'm a Delena and Stelena shipper but i have to say both made mistakes. Stefan didn't want to kill Elena on this bridge, he wanted to scare Klaus. Other than that he always respected her, Elena broke him. Damon is selfish but when it comes to protecting those he loves, he doesn't care what they think he protects them. You'd with a guy who killed your brother ? Who raped your best friend ? Who tried to kill your other best friend ? Who slept with your mother ? I love Damon but he made as mistakes than Stefan, nobody's perfect

Stefan only wanted good grades in her notebook and elena fully give him that place forever. As she said , she owe her life to him. But that's it , owing paying isn't soulmatism that place is forever reserved for Damon.

When Elena and Damon first got together I was pissed I hated it but now I see he was so much better for her then anyone else

YAY!!!! It's so good to hear more Elena Fans!!! Like I said it get lonely! At least I know now I am not crazy and feel like that people say that she does not desereve happy but after what she been through I think she does next to Damon!!!! WE NEED MORE ELENA FANS TO GO UP AGAINST THE HATERS THIS SEASON! Cause I have a feeling when the promo video starts coming out it going to be another heck of battle! Even though it going to be tiring hearing what that all anybody talks about!

Stephan was the safe choice, the easy choice, but no one is satisfied with the easy choices they make. It's the risks you take that make life interesting. If you stop taking risks in life, you stand still, and there's nothing worse than a life without motion.

Everyone gets a pass for killing people but Damon. Make it make sense. Stefan has done just as gnarly shit.

Let not forget Stefan was the one who broke up with her! They do treat her like a trophy! I agree I think it is Damon turn for happiness! I like all three for different reasons&love Damon the most out of them all I feel like it never a win situation which ever she picks by end of this series! Plus on how the public changes her Human she useless Vampire she Whine No Humanity B It never a win win situations! That why I have to defend Elena this time because the hate against her is totally unfair!

Of course that he broke up with him, she kissed Damon when she was together with Stefan like wtf?

SHE's always DAMON-ing only when she's hurt or needs help :( Poor Damon

i love how elena didn't ask where stefan is when she woke up, and the fact that she FINALLY appreciated that damon saved her! oh and that even when she found out why stefan has been lying to her, she didn't really care and it didn't stop her from admitting her feelings for damon! :D

Also omg the bedroom scene and the way Elena is looking at him reminds me of her facial expressions when she met Damon for the first time -- like, she looks totally...clear, for lack of a better word. Like she's seeing him through new eyes or something! I LOVE IT
