During this video, I will walk you through the steps needed to assemble the Toyota 4Runner PreCut Kit 2001+. The kit will be shipped flat packed, when unpacking you will find all the precut wood pieces shown in the video needed to build your system in 1-2 hours.
This kit will build dual 36" slide-out drawers with locking drawer slides. Inside each drawer are 2 removable dividers to organize your supplies. You can choose between 3 options of false tops to turn each drawer into a cooking or workspace. The system is cut out of a high-quality 7ply poplar core wood, then CNC'd to make the building process effortless.

Fantastic instructional video on your drawer/sleeping platform system. Very well made!! I wish all the success with this system. You/ve got a great product here.
I don't sleep in my 5th gen 4Runner, but I do haul a lot. Most of the time I remove the rear seat bottoms (4 14mm bolts). This reduces weight, increases storage and, most importantly, allows the passenger to recline. If I were sleeping in the car with this system, I'd add a piece to take advantage of the extra 6" (or more, depending on how far back the seats needed to go. Terrific designs and execution. The website needs some love though.

Ok, dying to know how you cut your openings in the drawer front for the locking drawer slides. You do a great job teaching, much appreciated!

These are cut on a cnc machine now. But i used to use a rotozip/dremel tool

That is a very nice kit, well done sir. Do you have any issue with warping in humid areas like Houston, TX. What about finishing it, does it come sealed or anything and would you recommend using a sealant, paint or stain

Does not come sealed it is ready to take any sort of sealant, stain, or paint. Have not had a customer say theres has warped.
Excellent looking Products. Can you possibly do this same thing for the back of a 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Package SUV ? If so, what would be your price ?

How tall is the box? Total height, I'm trying to figure out the space remaining from the top of my fridge to roof of 4runner. Well done video!!!

I just talk to a customer last week that installed this into their 4runner with the third row removed and it fits except none of the mounting brackets work.
Do you offer a 2-drawer build for a 99 Ford F150XLT with a 78" long bed? If so... I WANT IT
