The Hague (2024, Den Haag or 's-Gravenhage) is the third biggest city of the Netherlands after Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Football club of the Bingoal Stadium is ADO Den Haag. The Metropolitan area of the Hague has a population of 2,7 mln. The Hague is the seat of the Dutch Parliament (Binnenhof) although the capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam. The Hague is also the base of the International Court of Justice. Some highlights of the city are the Peace Palace, the Parliament building at the Binnenhof, the old city centre, the Zuiderpark, het Malieveld, the Business and Governmental District (Downtown) and the beach at Schevening with the Pier, the Ferris Wheel and the Kurhaus.
