Got 2008 pt cruisor that developed fluctuation when accelerating..what could cause that..sturts or shocks??

Neither. Struts and shocks are suspension components. Acceleration issues are usually related to delivery of fuel, air, spark, or any combination of two or more of these.

I travel more times from Benghazi to tripoli in Libya the distance over 1000 km . And back 1000 km normal ❤❤❤
