Zu Beginn etwas diesiges Wetter, später hellt es auf. Mir als Deutscher ist aufgefallen, dass die Gleise in einem Top-Zustand sind: vermutlich fast neuer Schotter und kein Grashalm dazwischen. Sanfte Übergangsbögen zwischen einer Geraden und einer Kurve. Mit auffällig wenig Geraden: die Strecke schlängelt sich optimal durch's Gelände. Dank an Paolo für das Video. Felix Helvetia.

Une fois encore une très belle vidéo Le paysage n’est peut être pas aussi spectaculaire que les autres lignes des RhB mais c’est une vraie ligne de montagne avec des rampes importantes et de très nombreuses courbes, à défaut de grands viaducs. Must say, that may have been the quietest cab ride I've taken with any of the engineers on this channel. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep once or twice. Quite a contrary day, with cloud-shrouded mountain peaks and no bright sunshine of which to speak yet plenty of blue skies teasingly promising brighter skies ever ahead. 6:55 Mountainside farm on the left with smoke lazily drifting out of the chimney. Remnants of the past Winter's snowfall still on the ground in May. A location where on any given day animals outnumber humans. Ah, Switzerland! Thanks for recording this, Paolo, and to you, lorirocks, for posting it. This was a mere hop, skip, and a jump compared to the previous cross-country trek. Be well.

How where the new rolling stock delivered to the RhB from the manufacturer? By road or rail? Rather large for road, but would require standard gauge support bogies, or flat cars for rail delivery.

By Stadler itself. Stadler owns some standard gauge flat cars to transport the new trains. Already they have delivered 21 of them

Nice, neues Video. Das erste aufm Kanal mit nem RTZ oder? Sind sie zu etwas zu gebrauchen und funktionieren sie wie sie sollen? Ich bin leider ein wenig pessimisstischer geworden bezüglich Stadler (Neu-) Konstruktionen. So heute der 667 mit Girung BS-OL-LZ-LG, in TK Bremsstörung (+4 Min), in OL Türstörung (Fstr war schon offen, musste Notaufgelöst werden) und in LZ nochmal Türstörung, ab da Ausfall. Ich hoffe die Quali ist bei diesen Zügen besser. Diejenige des Videos ist es jedenfalls tausendfach ;-)

Danke schön. Es gab schon eine Fahrt Filisur - Davos damit. Ich lasse Paolo sein Urteil geben. Interessant. Aber besser als die Twindexx oder? Ich bin 5 Jahre Flirts gefahren. Die waren Ok, aber hatte viele Stromrichter Ausfälle, WC Summenstörungen und andere Störungen verursacht von der elektronik. 511er bin ich gar nicht gern gefahren. Die Fahrmotoren haben sich manchmal beim Bremsen verabschiedet, was zu rucken geführt hat.

@@lorirocks777 Hmm, das Urteil ggü den FVDs zu geben ist schwierig. Der erste Giruno ist seit 2019 in Betrieb, verglichen mit den FVD im 2. Betriebsjahr sind sie vermutlich besser, doch ich bin noch nicht lange genug dabei um das fundiert aussagen zu können. Aktuell merkt man eigentlich nix von Störungen bei den FVD, einzige Unregelmässigkeit ist die Überlänge bei Einfahrt in LZ, sodass besonders Acht gegeben werden muss. Auf den Südwärts-ECs sieht das anders aus. Egal ob Giruno, Schweizer 610er oder doch die italienische Variante, wenn er keinen ALEA-Fall hat, dann ist was unregelmässig. Jedoch bin ich auch bei den Giruni zuversichtlich, dass in der nächsten Zeit die Störungsrate zurückgeht. Primär sind es Softwareprobleme. Gröberes Zeugs wie beim FVD ist mir nicht bekannt. Ich weiss nicht wie es bei SBBC-Lfs mit ALEA-Zugriff aussieht, aber solltest du haben finden sich auf alle Fälle genug Cases der 600er Züge

Wie immer ein tolles Video... ich fahr seit über 30 Jahren nach Davos - in die Hochgebirgsklinik - und daher kenn ich denn Teil von Wolfgang nach Davos blind und auswendig! - Frage mich jedoch nur; warum läßt Du Deine Cam auf 60FPS laufen?!?! - das macht einfach keinen Sinn! - Stelle sie doch auf 25/30FPS!!! - Warum?!?! - Ganz einfach; Du brauchst diese "High-Framerate" eh nicht; und die Cam ist nochmal deutlich lichtstärker für dunkle Parts etc, wenn Du mit 25/30 filmst!!! Da muss ich dir beipflichten. So 'high speed' dass man 60fps braucht, geht es eh nicht. Auch schafft nicht jedes Abspielgerät das ohne weiteres und dann muss mann gleich zurückschalten auf 480p Trübelkeit. Was wieder Schade wäre um eine so schöne Aufnahme!

Normal train noise is fine but this clattering forces me to silence everything
