As we can see this cost W55.020.000 (Won) meaning around 37.000 euro. Is this with the 81kWh battery or with the 58kWh battery ?

I apologize that I did not specify that. The EV3 in this video is a Long Range, which means it goes with 81kWh battery.
Why there is no trunk shield?

EV3 does have a trunk shield, but it's an option.
