    我就是做定期檢查時,發現乳癌,是第一期,做了局部切除手術,要電療+藥物。所以,定期檢查真系好重要。 我住海外的,呢度要交國民保險金,乳房,子宮頸檢查全部免費,兩年檢查一次。

    如密度高最好 mammogram + ultrasound Vitamin D level 低也有机會增加風險

    香港醫生話乳房造影+超聲波會準確好多,醫生建議每兩年做一次😊!三月係中大醫院做過,原來造影係唔痛既😅,價錢係三仟幾(乳房造影+超聲波檢查)!

    Priscilla: All three of my friends who had breast cancer don't smoke, drink, they took mammogram every year and all are skinny. Two passed away, one survived. I am afraid they might have cancer genes but I am not a doctor, so, I would not know. I just doubt if the diet you suggested would make any difference for my friends but it's always a good idea to eat healthy.

    genetics play a big role in many cancers, unhealthy diet and lifestyle are added risks. Like a dry season provides the condition for forrest fire, cigarette butts added to the risk but doesn't mean lightning won't start a fire.

    Haven''t seen research done in this topic. Usually wine is used in small amounts in cooking, presumably the risk is minimal.

    CDC website recommendation is once every 2 years, but higher risk may want to do it annually. Some insurance may cover annual or biannual screenings. www.cdc.gov/cancer/breast/basic_info/screening.htm

    我是住在馬來西亞五十多歲的香港人。最近在私家醫院做了乳房做影,但看不清楚,醫生建議做超聲波,合共馬幣320。以前住在多倫多時是免費的。但馬幣320(大概是港幣600元),還算合理。
