SO glad Chuck is finally getting her flowers and her time to shine. She's busted her backside at her craft and has always been so transparent with everything that shes learned and experienced. Seeing her backstory and support from Jirby, Jo, and her entire village is empowering. Fantastic story telling as usual, Ant. This one is an absolute gem.

It's awesome seeing her living out her dream of opening a restaurant and running her own BBQ pit!! Well deserved!

This video deserves some kind of award for excellence. It is so much more than just a cooking tutorial. The human interest aspect, the way the personal interview segments are conducted takes it over the top. Well done to everyone involved. It's cool to see a Goldee's smoker behind her.

Started the video in the background and heard Chuck's voice in the intro and was so excited for us to watch an in depth video covering Barbs-B-Q! I've been following their journey on socials and their stuff looks so good! If I ever make my way back to Lockhart I'd skip the classic spots and go straight to this spot.

I remember seeing you on a goldees video a few years back and you made a comment about maybe opening your own BBQ place one day... I remember thinking "She should!" To then come across this video makes me so happy for you! I love that you are willing to stretch BBQ and do things that aren't normal because YOU love it... Spaghetti...Lamb... BOTH amazing items! My wife and I often smoke our tomato's with basil just to get that smoke flavor in our spaghetti Sause and everyone is always blown away! As an entrepreneur myself... I cheer you along from afar (DFW lol) and pray success for you!
