I had some redness and pimples, but after listening for only 3 times, it all vanished! Remember, the key is to detach and not obsess. Act like you already have it. @@_funwithmeu_1397it’s like kinda forgetting that you have any flaws and imperfections I find if difficult too sometimes like every time you look in the mirror tell yourself either out loud or in your head that you have clear skin no acne no blemishes but like don’t make it sound forced n don’t focus on your blemishes in the mirror n in time your flaws will disappear also if you want to clear your skin up I really recommend using rice water preferably jasmine rice .good luck 🍀

TW: ACNE RANT (talking in past tense iykyk) Okay so I have been fortunate to not have too bad of acne but ever since I was 12 I had these annoying blackhead things that were discolored on the right side of my jawline it was annoying had just made me insecure tbh. This may be TMI but a lot of people struggle with this and that's acne on inner thighs / buttocks area. I was one of them and it wasnt even at a point like "oh acne is beautiful, we all have bodies" "scars make us beautiful" it was genuinely painful and uncomfortable. @@Vetriyas i have used the cosrx good morning cleanser, heritage store rosewater + glycerin spray and I’ve noticed a huge difference. The cleanser heals any blemishes really fast and reduces redness overnight and the rosewater has brought the life back into my skin and has made it really glowy and bouncy, I ordered the cosrx whitehead liquid but haven’t used it yet bc I heard it can cause a purge and I don’t want to ruin my progress but I’ve heard good things about it :) I got them all from iherb as well

How many time do you listen this sub?

Somehow for me these subs work when I’m relaxed and in a good mindset and when I’m not overly obsessed with it, just listen to it a few times a week, may not be even everyday. I also listen to ‘perfect life sub’ and sub for pretty face. I have a better jawline and skin got better texture. The only thing that may ruin my face tho is that one tonic I’m using. It works well even when I’m just lying on mu bed, doing nothing but reading the benefits and some comments, imagining having clear skin. I don’t check myself in the mirror bc I don’t need to and I trust the process. But I do notice surprising difference when I take selfies :,) so yeah it does work somehow, just stay calm and trust it!

I know this comment was made several months ago, but I wanted to say, even if you do have bad acne, it doesn't take away from your beauty. I had quite bad acne for years, but I still got compliments from people around me. I look at people with acne and I still think they are beautiful.

it works well, I put it on loop all night and when I woke up some spots on my skin were much lighter and my skin was softer.

Yall, today i overheard my dad tell my mom that my skin was improving so muchh 😫, ive been listening to this overnight for like a week amd nust saying a couple of affirmations while doing my skin care!!
