Ohhh this definitely works!! I was initially listening to Lucky Girl Syndrome and had mixed results. I found this new version 3 days ago and switched. Do you mean subliminals give you normally headache ? Even with rain or any water sounds ? Because I have the feeling some people think they must have headaches with subs (just because they've been told that) so they have headaches. It's still maybe just a belief. I listen to them for hours and hours and never had any problem. But the "Don't overuse" or "Use with caution" must be for people like you, highly more sensitive, maybe.

Hey there I'm not sure about the teachings you mean, but just know that there is help out there and that you matter and your life does too. I'm not a professional, but I've sought help in the past from my primary doctor and a therapist and thar plus working on my health which had some issues (maybe not your case) helped me. Please find resources someone who can hear and see you. Even just a hotline if you need a friend. Just don't give up . Sending you love

Have you listened to or read books by Eckhart Tolle… specifically the book “the power of now.” This was life changing for me. Depression often comes from holding onto or living in the past in our minds. Or grieving the past. When we learn to truly live in the NOW the pain of the past disintegrates. Now is all that exists. I recommend you read that book. Much love ❤️
