Please pray for my boyfriends speedy recovery I don't know where to go or who to turn to without him in my life and he's in the hospital as of May 14 at 8am roughly and now he's on life support in the icu unable to be himself but God works miracles and he's only 21 and lost oxygen to his brain and heart for over 15 minutes. I'm praying for a miracle of healing and growth for him and hope everyone else who reads sends their thoughts and prayers to my love Carlo. I implore you to get your mineral levels checked with a blood panel. A depletion of potassium, magnesium, vitamin D and vitamin B's will leave you feeling that way. Fatigued, depressed, lethargic, hypervigilant, insomnia/ sleeplessness, and subject to frequent panic and anxiety attacks. Dehydration can do the same thing. I am speaking from experience, make sure your iron levels are high too. But don't wait to see a doctor to do this, start taking all those supplements right away, and then make an appointment to get your blood levels checked. Sometimes it can take a month to 3 months for you to get back to normal, so I am begging you to start right away! Please believe me, please, please believe me, it makes such a huge difference!

I'm 19 homeless due to a unfit mother who chooses alcoholic men over her kids, haven't seen my drug addict dad since I was 4. You’re not alone. There are many survivors with stories like yours, including myself. Focus on the positive and beautiful things around. When I had nothing I started writing gratitude lists. It was very hard at first because I couldn’t see much to thank for. So, I looked around and I realized that I was breathing fresh air and I enjoyed that so I wrote that. I saw grass and plants and I love them so I added that to me list. And like that my gratitude list got longer and longer everyday. Things will get better. I promise you that. You have a choice to follow your parent’s steps, dwell in the pain and resentment or make a difference. Focus on the good and you will find healing and peace. This works! I listened for 3 days straight and spoke positivity into my life and the ones around me. On the third day I was invited to go to the casino. I won 1200. Literally every machine I played would hit a big win. I'm currently out of work and was also given the opportunity to interview with 3 companies chase bank, geico and allstate. I feel you with the pride thing because I'm SUPER prideful, but you have an 11 year old son, you gave up your life for him, put that pride away and seek help. IDK if it's because I live on Long Island, but the ppl in the streets will NEVER starve, there's Martin Luther King Centers, Soup Kitchens, Shelters, etc..... Ppl from the city make they way out here and fall in love, meaning ppl on the streets. I honestly didn't know it was still that bad out there.......damn!!

The planet is cleansing. Skies are clearing. It is beautiful to see. Wild animals frolic in our absence. Domestic animals appreciate our presence. This is what we are meant to experience. The virus is what enabled this to come about. Illness is of course frightening. But the cleansing is needed, and is grand! And our timeout allows us to look inside ourselves. To consider our values. Its a good thing. We are awakening to a more compassionate nature. Look at how we express appreciation now, to the medical staff, to servants even who tend to our needs despite the danger. @RG My interpretation of that is that the universe is teaching you a lesson. Things don't come easily in life, you must overcome obstacles. Example, if I ask to be in control of my emotions, the universe will send someone to test me and bring out my demons because that is in itself a lesson of emotional control.

@RG To know what exactly the lessons you need to learn is to be more aware of yourself - to understand why you do the things you do, what are you insecure about, your demons, etc. My advice is to take everything as a lesson and try learn from everything. They don't always have to be something really scary - sometimes they're scary, sometimes they're not. However, the scarier it is, the more you'll grow from it - trust me on this. If you learn from the lessons, then it will be guaranteed things will get better. You must continue to act because there may be multiple lessons. But sometimes it looks like nothing is going your way, everything is going bad, you're learning but your wishes aren't answered.. what do you do? In this case, I want you to recognise the amount of work and respect you have for yourself for continually growing in tough times and to keep growing no matter what; eventually your wishes will come true.That's ok, I don't want you apologising for doing nothing wrong. Example from my life: I asked the universe to help me be my true self because I was suppressing it too often and it was hard to be my true self since I was scared of judgement. The universe sent someone to bully me, to make me feel insecure. I had enough and confronted them. I was holding back so much I almost exploded like a volcano. When I confronted the person, I let out my true self and my true thoughts on the matter and they were surprisingly receptive and mature about it. We became friends and I started getting used to saying things isntead of holding back, thus aligning my actions to my higher self. Another example: I have always struggled with being myself. At 18, I asked the universe to help me. I got overwelmed and gave up. This kept happening for the next following years. Only until I was 24, I faced one of my the most life changing realisations of my life that made me more comfortable with being my true self - still working on it though but I'm a compeltely different person now. You see here, it may take years to get what you want. As long as you keep trying and visualise your wishes, you will get it.

@RG This video is just relaxing music in 432hz. Google 440hz vs 432hz to learn why that's important. Like having anxiety and imagining going away? My view is you have to try it and build your meditation muscles for you to find out if it works. If it doesn't resonate with you at the moment, then you might not be ready for it. For me, conscious breathing helps me feel calm
