Hi there I just wanted to say thanks its so brutal when things get difficult and stressful with health problems and grief of losing family members ,I've been suffering for some years Jesus was the last thing on my mind and ❤ heart, it's tough once depression comes into it, u can't get out ,wen nothing matters there's no coming back I thought Jesus forgot about me I'm so grateful he didn't, I have to remind myself I'm not alone, I'm a Nana im getting old and tired only 2 of us left my brother and I we never see one another only wen someone has passed that's sad

I am suffering alot lately. I have bipolar and adhd and haven't been medicated for over a month now due to my Dr's messing up my prescriptions. I've been listening to this music for 2 weeks now and it really does help. I'm still not sleeping until 4-5am buy I feel well rested after listening to this as I'm falling asleep❤ I'm currently crying in bed with all the negative thoughts and praying I feel better by the time I get up 😢

I just wanted to reply to Lee Keegan from the chat replay, if he ever sees this... it's just not possible to always be on a happy frequency all the time... life gets in the way, makes us feel shit, every so often... we have to learn how to deal with the problems life throws at us... if we're always expecting to be happy, we never really are, for that long, because on some level, our subconscious is going to bring us situations that will make us unhappy, until we learn the lesson. Lots of love, peace and blessings to you, may you have many moments of enjoyment and learn to ride this wave.

Look at what they are trying so hard to get. you to see. There is a quiet inner world that is trying to help you. I'm not a therapist, I'm just someone who finally got it. Hang in there, and find the Love within for yourself...nothing else matters. Listen and accept the blessing.
