@@CarlosRodriguez-um7lw Hearing ambient frequencies isn’t always tinnitus, I used to hear similar also when meditating and every now and then frequencies that come and go (stay for a about 10 seconds then fade away) in the head/pineal gland etc. Try not be a n00b 😅

How? Why?

I have some sort of a hearing problem. When I hear strong sounds, my hearing starts to distort the sound and it's vibrating weird in my ear causing a sort of pain. While this note is very high and I listened to it strong, it didn't distort in my ear. My body tensed while waiting for it to happen but it didn't. I find this to be interesting.

You can probably find a variety of tuning forks resonating at different frequencies online (Amazon for example). Otherwise, if you have a music shop nearby, most sell tuning forks but generally at 440hz (A note, generally used as a reference to tune an instrument).
