I made a Native American flute last year in f# and I find it a great tool for my anxiety! Never thought of tuning folks!! Boy… your opening up my world, brings me gratitude and joy!!! To add something else, I just did reiki for the first time and she instantly knew my traumas and knew who caused them without her knowing anything about me other then I had cancer! I have a 128 Hz weighted tuning fork. Whenever I have a headache (like right now), I hold it against that spot in the webbing between the thumb and index finger and headache is gone within minutes!

Love your explanation 🙏🏽 Thorough yet succinct! Question: What is happening to the sadness that's hovering around the right shoulder once the tuning for entrains it? It is transmuted? Or just covered up with a healthier sound? Do I still need to work on it on a mental level? I'm brand new to this and I don't understand what's actually happening

Just like a voice can tune to match the frequency of a wine glass in order to shatter it, ultrasonic waves can match the frequency of a cancerous cell to destroy it (while leaving healthy cells untouched, unlike chemo which destroys all cells). I'm curious if it makes much difference which frequency you would use for this type of healing modality. I just bought a Solfeggio set of 9 and am so excited to learn and play with what works well. Wow, i literally bought my first tuning fork yesterday for some Chakra therapy work i'm doing and i have no real knowledge about this whole field other than being a musician so i play with frequencies a lot, Tibetan singing bowls lead me onto them as a healing modality but do Singing bowls work in a similar fashion? The actual catalyst for all this was Poly Vagal Theory, once i learned that trauma was stored up in the CNS and could be shifted i knew i had to learn more about this whole field, it's really fascinating. :)

How do you know which frequencies match your chakras? Also during your video did you have some type of frequency playing? My left ear drum is beating loud

Your chakras are spinning in different frequencies at different times, so health and abundance are higher frequencies, so you don't necessarily want to match them, you want to raise them if your frequencies are low. There are frequencies playing within you and around you 24/7 so it's everywhere.
