I started carrying clear quartz and black tourmaline with me to my toxic work environment, and I significantly felt better at work and noticing negativity that usually affected my day before, didn’t anymore. I also did this by pep talking myself too

After years and years of pain in my arms spreading down my hands it finally could get so bad that it made me cry ,I didn´t not what else to do so I started to hold crystal points in the palms of my hands over night and to my surprise the pain started to become lesser and lesser .Now I can sleep very well for hours at night . I love crystals .

One of my favorites is snake skin agate. It helps raise kundalini energy and sheds what is no longer needed. Very nice healing energy. Also selenite stone cleanses itself and cleanses any stone it touches.

I have a beautiful crystal bowl that brilliantly hums. I suggest finding a bowl that when you hear it hum it feels in tune to you. I find the more pleasing the frequency the more potent it will be for me because it fills me with good vibes too

Thank you for Part one and Part two on crystals. I’m going to start putting crystals on my injuries! I also want to mention the word intention which seems to be the current new age word!! “Creating an intention”. But intention isn’t a Present Moment word!! I use the word Attention! Energy follows Attention! Your Intention is a word that means later, tomorrow etc!! Physicists will tell you we only have the now, Present Moment! Thich Nhat Hahn has said, “The secret to transformation is how we handle, This Present Moment and There is nowhere to arrive except the Present Moment!“. I feel that The Universe replicates your clearest attention in the Present moment! 🤩🌈

I’m really sceptical, on anything, but my medication doesn’t work so well, so I’m exploring alternative healing methods. Sunlight is actually bad for crystals. Soak them in sea salt water throughout the night would be the best, sea water has the most energy. Under the moon all night (best on a full moon). Bury them in soil (earth is the main element). Bowl sound is great and Smokey sage would be great too.

Maybe amethyst could help you focus and refine the raw, passionate energy of carnelian. Or perhaps carnelian could give you motivation if it was mixed with a good grounding stone like black onyx or black tourmaline.

Yin I found a crystal at a park on top of a tree. I brought the crystal home because I thought it was meant for me to find it. Do you think is okay that I brought the crystal home? I just broke up a relationship and I went to the park to do meditation that's when I found the crystal. Can I use this crystal to help through this pain that I am going through?
