We are often asked: "How to use a tuning fork"?
I’d be happy to share my personal application for the particular forks you got. But keep in mind that there are many modalities of how and when the tuning forks are used, such as meditation, spirituality, acupressure, massage, astrology, energy, and sound. Try everything a little bit and then choose what resonates with you 😊
I use the 128 Hz on the shoulders, chest, upper and lower body, legs, arms during my morning meditation practice and throughout the day to clear my thoughts and energy. After activating the fork I swing it in an upward motion to bring energy from the bottom to the top. The 128 Hz fork has strong and long vibrations, thus it’s good for physical therapy going deep into the muscles, helping to release the tensions and blockages.

Thank you for an informative video…May I ask you about tuning fork quality; many of these forks are cheaper than others, and some people have complained about receiving ‘out of tune’ forks. Most of these seem to come with adjustable ends presumably to correct the frequency. For holistic purposes - how critical is the fork ‘tuning’? Many thanks in anticipation of your reply.

Thank you for your qestion! Our tuning forks are handmade in Germany from stainless steel and do not require adjustable weights. Unlike the cheap light aluminum tuning forks that easily bend and lose their tuning, our tuning forks are denser, stronger, and heavier, ensuring that they will last a lifetime without getting "out of tune." The precise frequencies are crucial in achieving therapeutic effects. Without the intended frequency, there will be no therapeutic effect.
