Yeah, I cried too! And I needed to cry so much.. Even doctors said I should cry (autoimmune, pain, depression) but I couldn't, I 'd tried acupuncture, homeopathy, everything.. It' s the first music video in my life that made me cry !! 😇😍🙏

This one is great. Time just flew past meditating on this. What felt like 5 minutes ended up being about 36 minutes. Imagine standing on a little rowboat. You find yourself on this calm, peaceful lake. It's evening and the moon is reflecting on the water's surface. A soft cool breeze creates just the slightest of waves which ever so slowly rock the boat; swaying it left to right. There is no need to find balance even as you close your eyes. You find yourself moving in perfect unison. Boat sways left, you sway right. Moving against it yet moving with it. It is almost like you're performing a dance. A dance of opposites; creating a perfect effortless balance. As your thoughts fade and your mind clears, all boundaries fade. Here balance becomes you. And you become it. As the Tao/Universe flows, so do you now flow with it. Just for that moment then and there, you become one with the stars. One with the Cosmos. One with all of creation.

For a long time I took the blame for my abusers. Always wanting to see the positive side “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!“ type of attitude and forgiving people thinking they didn’t know any better as if I was somewhat more consciously aware of the damage theyve caused. As if I was not important. Yet, five minutes into this frequency I’ve realized that the only peron who i should’ve ever been forgiving is myself for never recognizing that I matter. So, today I encourage all the soles that are hurting to forgive yourself for thinking that your hardships were the sum total of your own doing. Forgive yourself for trying to prove to others that you were worthy of being loved whole fully and cherised just as who you are! Forgive yourselves for nothing you have done was wrong bc you are on the bright path of liberation and freedom of they own sole!!! And thank those who’ve lead you here not knowing they’ve set you FREE! Congrats, YOU made it ❤❤❤

I disagree Reedy. If I wait for a state of constant peace, I would never have found what once with such an elusive happiness. I believe we find happiness in letting go... of the way we think things should be, of the labels we have allowed others to place on us that aren't really labels that fit us, by no longer "living" in the past, replaying those old hurts and letting go... actually living... right here and now. By finding joy in the journey. That is where I found my happiness, but it is true... it is very peaceful here but it's also exciting. Wander what the next magical experience will be that unfolds... So happy you found PEACE!

Absolutely loved this track. I feel do much lighter. I spoke with my spirit guides and they helped me realize how much my trauma was holding me back. I was able to align my chakras. The throat chakra was difficult, made me realize I'm not speaking my truth. I needed extra time on that one and I know it's not going to be easy. This is s track I'll be using regularly. ❤

I’m not sure if anyone else had this experience but mine was a trip. I chose to listen to this while falling asleep/sleeping. I never remember my dreams but last night I remembered every single one. I kept waking up from mini nightmares about painful memories, relationships with people who’ve hurt me, and my fears. I woke up at 11:11pm and 1:11am also. When waking at these times I knew I was protected but these dreams were so intense! At 5:30am I decided I was just too tired and went back to bed again, only to have another nightmare surrounding a fear. Now, fully awake I don’t feel afraid, simply tired but I do feel lighter and without anything heavy on my heart. Did anyone else go through this?

Am experiencing the same a year after you. Being hurt for a lifetime was somehow more acceptable than the stark betrayal especially when one is down. Not the first knock out in my life, I will get up but my knees feel tired as I grow old. I am a child of the cosmos, I exist because of the will of the universe.

According to Hinduism, our atma(soul) is the size of 1/10th of the tip of our hair strand(so small that we cant imagine) , nothing can destroy it, it reside in the centre of our forehead , little up from our eyes, it is a shines like star , a small dot. That beautiful star light is you, your original self, your soul which you want to heal because it travels from one body to other in this cycle of birth and death. You and i have been here before and will always be until you attain moksha(freedom to endless cycle), that is why meditate and fill your soul with love and positivity ✨

If I could just go back and undo all the hurt that I have caused. Right all the wrongs. Heal all the heartache and headaches. I live in a mental prison of shame, remorse, regret & sorrow. These things were all tucked away in my subconscious until this track. All revealed and laid bear before my third eye. Haven't been able to sleep and my heart is heavy. I have much healing to do.

Just let go any trouble, any worry, any problem, any phycological pain. No Matter what you are still wanted here , your being here means a lot to this life, some of us had so much suffered in the past, some how time had already rubbed us but we are strong enough to survive therefore we must let it go and look forward to love others and help others through the pain we had to go.
