The demolition of the house serves the prosecution’s case. It erases evidence of people moving and illicit substances. Reasonable doubt can be raised with the sheath and DNA evidence as well as the Brady/Giglio violation on LE. They need to find evidence of other killers via new witness who will help connect this crime to the LINK, the University, and the Church. All involved and complicit.

A coroner should not have ever handled this case. They are not qualified. It should have been done by a medical examiner.

The coroner started off with the kids but they were autopsied by a medical examiner in another town/city the name escapes me at the moment. The coroner was there during the autopsies. This information is online.

I hope by having an ME in another state far away that MPD didn’t have any influence.

I personally think the house would help the defense. 1. It’s vacant so everything is going to sound loud. 2. Regardless of being empty the floors are loud when someone is above you. They aren’t carpeted either. Correct? Everything is laminate wood flooring if I remember right. I’ve lived in reverse ranch homes my entire life. It was a big home when I was growing up. The floors were insulated between the two floors. I could still hear footsteps and movement. I could still hear my parents if they raised their voices. So, this house I’m sure wasn’t insulated. If I would hear rough housing and then something fall, I would know something isn’t good. If my parents dropped something I always checked to see what happened if it was loud. My mom fell one time on the two steps down in the living room. I didn’t hear her but I heard the fall. I can’t imagine not checking out what was going on in that house that night. No way you didn’t hear the horror happening. It would sound different than party type screams. Impossible for DM to be in shock just seeing a person walking down the hall. She saw way way more.

That’s not what she said. Many have misconstrued what she said. She said it wouldn’t matter in regards to cause of death. She didn’t do the autopsy anyways. It was the medical examiner out of Spokane.

@abs5901 that is Cody Funke you are talking about and he may be a coroner which is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the same thing as a medical examiner. A ME is a medical doctor. A coroner is a county appointed official, so doesn’t take a whole lot to be one.

The sorority's stake concerning this keeps coming up and shaking an ominous finger. Literally, I envision a person trying to discourage or block any questioning about E and X before they made it home. Maybe that is just too far out of the box?? IMHO

When you pulled love in reverse, then serial killer in reverse, then corruption, I felt strongly that the cards were referring to defense strategy when talking about possible motives. So, the defense was looking for evidence to say this didn’t happen because BK was an incel fixated on the girls or because he’s a serial killer that targeted them. The defense is trying to say Someone set him up and is covering up who really did it (corruption) and the new evidence( toxicology report) will prove this.

I've been very curious about the toxicology report, from the beginning. Didn't someone (Xana dad /stepmom) in their circle or family say Ethan was feeling ill after he came back from a party/event? I beleive they were all given something to sedate them, night (home) I know someone personally who was was given something in her drink. I don't remember the details but her mom was told there is a drug that after a certain time it's 'untraceable '😮

There were a few venmo transactions between Ethan and at least 2 people. I'd have to look back through some screen shots, to see their names. I do remember that the one venmo transaction with the female, had a notation written on it saying "3:30". Extremely questionable, as they were murdered shortly afterward.

Can the reverse be true Ashley? In that I think I am more chakra intuitive and lesser third eye, but that is awakening now too.

I believe toxicology reports were done. Not included in PCA.

That would explain why the phone stopped calling JD at the exact same moment. Also, the fugitive motive may be shot down due to improper usage of the the sting ray equipment. LE has to have specific training to us it. Letting him leave ID and WA without being interviewed could be construed as an illegal (against LE) move to frame him.

I don't remember her saying that exactly..maybe she did but what I understood from this video was it's part of her blueprint and it's a lesson to help her move from her third eye chakra to her crown chakra. I'm guessing with how she is learning that she doesn't need to explain everything so much to everyone to allow them to interpret her messages to us in her readings and the cards. And maybe help us to understand and utilize our own, gifts, intuition, guidance system and personal knowledge.

I don’t take what the coroner says as anything serious. She said the toxicology would not be relevant in regards to their cause and manner of death- homicide by stabbing, and that is technically true, IF based on ME pathology report.. unless we are to believe they all overdosed, died, and then were stabbed after death. If that were the case, then spatter would not be all over the walls/ceiling since the heart would no longer be beating (just guessing that is found/ shown at trial). She said the toxicology takes weeks to come back. Toxicology is always done for homicides, we just aren’t privy to that info, just like so much more. It will come out in trial when the medical examiner testifies. Mabutt is just a coroner, not a ME, and not very well spoken and she misspoke many times. The ME/ pathology report from autopsy is what matters. Toxicology will also play a role in understanding potential frame of mind/ability to escape or fight against an attack, etc.

Wasn’t the 21 the day that the prosecution had to release ALL the files to the defense?

July 14th or July 21 was the deadline to provide the investigative records and the FBI CAST info, which I think has been provided. If there was more they specifically asked for, it’s sealed and was not discussed at the hearing.

No, the guilty knowledge comes from the defense knowing the substance should be in the report, but it won’t be. I think Ashley was getting that the prosecution was going to turn over a redacted or altered version of the report. One that does not show anything found in Ethan’s system. At least that’s how I understood what she said. 🤷🏻‍♀️
