    Very interesting to see. Lovely tool. My Dad designed and made the originals about 20/30 years ago. I still know where about three of them are. I use one in our workshop here.

    @@locksmith-training I spoke to him haha, so he made himself one in Claire's Croydon in 60s! Years later maybe 90s? He worked in Parliament where a brilliant on site engineer (Another Derek) made few copies. They upgraded it with the adjustable arm, and spring loaded, changeable end (the old ones were screw on apparently). The Engineer made a few copies (which my Dad wasn't involved with) which went to a few locksmiths working on site in HoP. There's now only one left here! (Plus the one I've got in my shed) interesting story! (to me at least...)

    @@mcswainy it’s really interesting to hear the story behind it. Jeff did mention some of the history but I couldn’t remember. An original would be lovely to own! Thanks for sharing
