Get ready to push your upper body! We are going to work our shoulders, biceps, and triceps today and I hope you're ready to work hard with me! Grab a couple sets of dumbbells and a box or bench if you have one, and let's crush this one together!

In today’s workout we will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are high intensity power and progressive overload. This means it's imperative in every workout that you work your hardest in every work period. Start on time and work all the way through the three beeps and finish strong and proud of yourself! I used my 10-25 pound dumbbells today.

7. Lateral Raises

9. Kneeling cheat curls

12. Kneeling curl and press
13. L Raises
14. Kneeling Kickbacks
15. Curl Pulses
16. Shoulder Presses

Oh my gosh!! I DID IT!! I have been working out with Sydney for almost 4 yrs. I finally LISTENED and slid my elbows right past my ribs on the incline tricep push ups!! Holy Happiness!! I was also getting really cocky on the first circuit, pushing 20/20 on Arnold s and didn’t quit!! The next set humbled me though! I just want to share that it hasn’t gotten boring or repetitive at all. I am amazed though that it took me four freaking years to actually ABSORB Sydney’s words about believing in myself and today’s message was another PERFECT EXAMPLE of her wisdom beyond her years! Just take a look at her intro today one more time. There is a woman who LOVES her life!! Amen sister!! ❤❤❤❤
Great way to get those triceps burning on a Friday! I feel like getting my tank top out after that workout!! Loved it!!!
Was so ready for that upper body pump today and pushed myself to go a little heavier! So thankful for you Sydney and everyone else at Royal Change! Love the new apparel, going to reward myself!
YALLLL!!! That was so good! I pushed myself for one round of 25s on that last set of shoulder press and damn it was a struggle but I did it!!

Wowsers! This was fantastic! I absolutely love this format! This workout was no joke. I can't remember the last time I did upper body, and my HR was in the cardio zone most of the time!
