    Watching you brother I created a cafe racer and a bobber... Though I took a huge amt of time coz I don't have machines like you, had to keep visiting welders, garages etc. sometimes they weren't free so had to wait... 2nd project is also almost done which is a bobber style 2stroke

    Never fabricated anything in many years of biking. Dan's how to fibreglass a seat pan came out and I ended up with the seat I was after for my build and an appetite to do more. Brilliant instructional videos ever since. Question is, are they inventing new tooling fast enough, or will Dan run out...?

    are use contact adhesive glue it's extremely strong

    great video ! but i have a question about the fiberglass seat base. what do you use to hold the upholstery to the base? my staple gun couldn't go through

    I use contact adhesive the same stuff that upholstery companies use It’s ridiculously strong
