Im a research scholar.1. I completed Introduction chapter of my thesis 2. I successfully submitted 2 articles to scopus indexed journals. 3. I started learning vedic astrology 4. I learnt to solve rubix cube 5. I started learning Urdu script 6. I developed a basic sign language and taught it to my brother too. 7. I started caring for my body, started doing workouts daily, till this date i never got time for all these. 8. I sleep more, view lot of youtube videos 9. No fap for 41 days now

Here are some of my self taught skills : 1) Two years before , when I saw a celebrity solving Rubik cube, I was so fascinated that next day I got myself a cube and started learning it. Days passed and it seemed like I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DO IT. But despite all this, everytime I have the thought of giving up, I tricked myself saying, "OK ONE LAST TIME". And today I am able to solve four types of cube. So, give up the thought of giving up. 2) I am currently learning spanish. And guess what, it is so exciting. 3) During this lockdown, I created my own blog. And my friends loved it so much that initially they didn't believe that I actually wrote those. 4) I memorised morse code and 100 elements of periodic table. You too can try these skills. I swear it is so much fun.

I took some of your past "english speaking tips" seriously. Like: watching English movies, reading a book aloud. Amongst all, i can't stress enough this: conversing in English is the crucial thing that improves fluency. It worked for me. Just like it does for everyone else. I had a lots of embarrassing moments too. But, i treated those situations, as a stepping stone. May be i am exaggerating. But, I am really proud of myself. Thanks to you! You really left an excellent impression on my mind. I don't remember exactly what you said. But, that's an old video of yours. Thanks again :)

Hi Puneet, I have an advice for you. Don't start with self improvement books at your age, self improvement books are good to get ideas on how to be effective if you're already doing your job (could be studies or anything) well already. It is easy to get a feeling that you're achieving something while reading those books, but in reality we might not be doing much. So, reading good fiction & non fiction (whatever subject interests you) will be good at this stage. I would say, when you are doing something important like reading, writing or studying focus all your attention on it with zero distractions like mobile phone, internet and so on. If you don't understand a word while reading, take a notebook, write down the word and note the page number while reading. Later on check the meaning and go back to the page and understand the usage of the word in that sentence.

I Stopped outing and outside food, in the pandemic. Started tutoring my kid. It eventually providing financial savings and enhancing my creative cooking skill. Lockdown has taught us to live on basics.

I'm going to sketch mandalas and draw the pictures for a 30mins every day as my creative skill.
