Start taking risk. Don't hesitate or be afraid just step in the field. With few failures you will surely be stable soon. Also i suggest, if you really want to act mature enough at that age you should be able to find yourself differently from others. Read more, pick more knowledge as you can and never quit. Feel, realize and act smart.
