    Last year I picked a pair of rollerblades from the thrift and started skating. I knew nothing about agressive rollerblading until a found one of your videos. Since then I have been doing nothing but digesting blading content and really enjoying every miniute of it. I have been skating almost everyday and watching your videos when i can't. Thank you.😊

    so laughable to me that people think that skater edits alone and not KZreadrs like you helping out the culture. These videos get me so hyped to skate, and I've already had great interactions with other skaters that were a direct result of your video, I've learned what to do and not to do in a skate park. This channel is the best. gets me super hype.

Helping people find and connect more with the culture is so good for the community and you should be proud of that.

    @@TomMoyse Just for the record, you are 100% correct. That's not ass kissing, but just facts. Law from backtoblading, Biz from TWIB, Brandon Drummond, you, and others are all putting in work to bring all the exposure and positivity to blading that you can. This idea of who is putting out edits is f*cking moronic. I don't even know who has put out recent edits unless one of you "KZreadrs" puts out some content to let me know what is going on. You bring nothing but fun, positivity, information, and legitimacy to the sport we all love. I'm 37 years old, and I take NO offense about bladers getting older (do your stretches folks). Anyways, I would almost pay attention if it was Chris Farmer, himself. Someone with undeniable cred. However, Farmer would still be wrong if he said dumb stuff like that. The promo edits only reach those within the established community. KZreadrs are pushing the reach out to everyone they can reach. The caddy can sit in the corner now.

    Mate. 100% this channel is one of the reasons I fell back in love with skating. I left in 2005 cause I was a Bboy and I was into the hip hop scene. And that shit just kinda took over. One thing I hate about the breaking scene is that whatever you say publicly gets shat on. If you’re not the best or your not from the right crew you have no right to speak on the subject. If you do you get torn down and ripped to shreds. There is no channel like yours about breaking from a fans perspective. And I doubt there ever will be. It’s the best that every one passionate about inline skates can contribute and join in. You are the funniest mofo I have ever seen in skating. Your editing to complement what you say is top notch. Your research is appreciated and I watch a lot of dope edits that I wouldn’t otherwise know about cause recommend them.

The 'eo' in korean names is usually a single sound, something like a short u, basically the 'uh' sound you make when you cant think of something to say. Bladers needs to just stop hating on other bladers we on the same team fellas. Stop ego stroking your past and let everyone who care about blading care about it. You are part of the problem spending the extent of your energy on doing something unproductive for your own sport. Tom i love your content your delivery is awesome always make me laugh when i watch you videos!

    Cheers mates but I think you missed the intention. I made light of the hate and gatekeeping directed at me and pointed out the positives of KZread and the fact anyone of any ability can have an impact. I did also explicitly say bickering about rollerblading is lame. 🫡 but I guess this is how we got to this point in the first place - people frame it how they like.

You can't afford to switch that one foot's position through both grinds cause you're on a "budget" or is it different 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Yo 1st Thing 1st your place is cemented as a pillar 💯. On to these new skates. I'm new back to this mainly a 90s head so I want to speak on the non UFS skate from TNEC. I'm excited but here are some thoughts from a moderately cross generational skater as I'm only new back to Agg. We didn't have ufs so it is a new concept to me but I do understand the need now that the sport isn't as big manufacturing is obviously much more expensive so the price jump is big from the golden era. This makes replaceable soul plates frames etc make a lot of sense & really a necessity. TNEC as a company is built of this as they specialise in parts depending completely on ufs. So to make a skate without this for cost reasons that still ends up more expensive than the budget M12, an immaculate skate iconic & the boot that all tricks in the sport were developed on, which is ufs seems a little like a stretch. Now TNEC frames are amazing so the shelf life could be substantial, especially for a beginner so that could make up & im aware this is 1st run so it must have a little more price for initial run molds etc. Just shootin the breeze. I will 96% purchase these because I just feel like they are so underground & a peice of history I need to be in that group of heads skating them 1st run. Still ufs & I would have ordered this second.

  • @plarks-guddaboyz

    @plarks-guddaboyz

    On a re-watch all these tried trusted & beautiful skates are cheaper, 1 is $10 more & if that's ufs which I'm pretty sure it is that may as well be $100 cheaper. Could have charged an extra $70 to $100 with those frames as a ufs & no one would bat an eye lid. Hey I might be completely wrong but here are my extended thoughts.

    haha "eyoye"! "aoi" is pronounced more or less like "owie". for reference, japanese vowel sounds are pretty rigid - a like in car, i like in tin, u like book, e like in bed, o like hop. not exactly the same but close enough without going into depth. sometimes the vowel sounds are held, but the sound doesn't change, so "caaaaaaar" rather than "care". and they don't change when they're next to one another, so "ao" is like "ow" rather than "ay, yo". knowwhati'msayin'?

    Listen if we’re going off the current state of the table, Them is definitely first so they’re City and Julio is Guardiola. Easy. Which means Mesmer has to be Liverpool in second right? Then 3rd slowly coming into the top is Standard as Arsenal. Law bringing the family atmosphere like Arteta. Which means USD is Chelsea with their storied history but WTF are you doing right now, and Razors is Manchester United because terrible ownership.

    Even though I have been triggered by your anti bobi bias before, I agree with what you say here. Skill level is irrelevant to one’s commentary. In fact, we need less talented people to speak up because the especially talented ones are all biased from their sponsors. Also, you are pretty sick at toe rolls, as I saw in a Cidy Life edit. Jealous of that. You played the humble card here, which suits your argument, but those clips of yours are legit. Lame Tik Tok style hype beasts could even make content about them.
