The organization has very close ties to freemasonry and their ceremonies are very similar, secret hand shakes and all. There's even pentagrams on their temple too and extremely secretive about what goes on in there. OT temple wasn't secretive at all, it was written exactly what would take place in there. So many issues with that organization. They also have problem with black people too, but trying to hide that part of their faith. They say it's the "mark of cain" to be black. Then tried to cover up/back track in recent times for obvious reasons. Joseph Smith was proven to be a false prophet, but that is just ignored. Exhibits many cult behaviors

There are hundreds of ancient scrolls and manuscripts that back up the TRUE Holy Bible, but not ONE manuscript, scroll or archaeological artifact that backs up ANYTHING in Mormonism. The sad thing is, as a former Mormon, these kids probably walked away thinking you were the devil and they held strong to what they know as 'restored' truth . They don't believe in the bible, are taught that the Bible is translated incorrectly, therefore, don't have to know it or believe it. Sadly, they don't believe that Jesus is God, there's no holiness or high morality, as long as you follow their steps, you'll be exalted. There is no real walk with God, a real conviction of sin. My whole family is Mormon, I live in Utah. But God delivered my wife, my daughter, from Mormonism. We are the only Bible believing Christians in our family. Only God could have done that. Don't stop praying for them. Thank you for these videos Ray. I believe they will help those coming out of Mormonism, or even the world to believe in God's word and His Only Son.

God is the only one who can exalt, we can't and shouldn't exalt ourselves in this life, or indeed we will be humbled. @@ramsrnja "Latter-Day-Saints in general don't put limits on what God can do." and here is part of the problem. This sounds nice and sometimes even professing Christians might say this. But the truth is that we must not go beyond what is written in scripture. 1 Cor. 4:6 What God can and cannot do is not the issue. What God reveals thru His word is what is important. Man will not be exalted as Mormons teach. The one that God redeems will get a glorified body, but He will never have God specific attributes. There will always be a eternal creator and finite creation distinction. Only one God that we will worship and enjoy forever.

@@AdamsTaiwan The version you are quoting of 1 Cor 4:6 is different from the KJV, which is the most correct, as I heard a Christian Bible scholar say one time. But it's evident that Paul in all his letters is trying to help the saints be united, and to be united you need to have the same prophets and apostles leading you, who are united themselves in what they teach, and how they administer. Unity is a constant theme with our Savior as well. That's why he established a church. What do you think about Peter not sticking to what's written but receiving revelation that he needed to start baptizing the gentiles? In regards to exaltation , our doctrine is simple - we are told by Christ himself to follow him and be like him and his Father. We are told that those who overcome through Christ will become kings and priests in his kingdom. This is what exaltation is. We just also believe that as royalty, we rule over our own posterity as parents of children. Despite being joint heirs with Christ, we don't teach in church that we become equal to God. He will always be our Lord and our God, and more advanced than we will ever become.

The foundation of the Lds/mormon church is incredibly questionable as well! Their leader claims that the bible was corrupt and he was given the true gospel.. and in Galatians 1:8 (New King James Version) "But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed." as well as the founder/cult leader re-wrote some of the verses and added himself into the Bible. I hope they come out of the false doctrine and false narratives.Good Fight Ministries also does a good job of exposing a lot of lies within the lds. I hope they are open and receptive to hearing the truth. I know that when I came out of New Age witchcraft, I was offended and laughed at anyone that said "I was going to Hell for practicing or watching tarot readings" and I thought they were insane, well they were right and God led me out of that path to Hell and I've been walking with God ever since! Freemasons being luciferians who do all they can to lead people away from the true salvation that only Christ offers by grace through faith. Joseph Smith had a demon who claimed to be an angel appear to him with all kinds of secret knowledge and then added to the Bible and of course they disregard a lot of what’s in the Bible too. It’s a complete perversion that leads people to eternity in hell.

Here’s the difference. The CoJCoLDS doesn’t teach classes about other religions. Ever. It teaches its own doctrine. No one is trained to bash with people of other faiths because it too often creates fruitless contention. Instead it lets Catholics teach Catholic theology, or Evangelicals to teach Evangelical theology (which, btw, they don’t all agree on), etc. “Mormons” are taught to simply share what they believe, avoiding the gotcha confrontations, then let the listener do the comparison, if they choose to. Creating videos to embarrass or show up people of other faiths, is really off-putting, unworthy of someone professing to spread God’s truth.

The ten commandments didn't exist until king james. Before king james, they were known as the words or strings of God... five sentences with two parts to each sentence. King james divided them into ten sections. There were two tablets with five strings of words written on each tablet. As God inscribed the words, the etching went through both sides of the tablet ... creating a string of words on both sides at the same time. They were originally read by starting on one side of the tablet then flipping the tablet over to finish that string of words. It also didn't make a difference from which side of the tablet you started to read from.

I think you are missing something. The Bible, which Scripture tells us is "breathed out by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16 Ray is using God's own words, the Bible is his authority, not man's words. We must never try to debate from our own strength and wisdom, God's strength and wisdom is far above our own. The Bible must be supreme authority. And when not using it as such it creates confusion and doubt. Look at their professed belief in evolution for example. Their argument was that God could have used evolution/millions of years, yet the plain reading of the Bible declares "In the beginning" If there was death and dying long before man came about, then you would conclude that death is not a result of sin and you would make out God as something quite a bit less than He is when He said, after the creation week, "it is very good." You would also make out Jesus to be in error when He mentioned that "Have you not read that he who made them from the beginning, made them male and female,..." And if death came before man sinned, it would also have been a very cruel and senseless death Jesus paid on that cross. Ray uses the Bible as his authority. He uses logic in his arguments. He does NOT win salvation for anyone, but he does lead people to Christ, he does share the gospel, he sows and he waters, but it is the Spirit that convicts. Faith comes by hearing... To God be the Glory!

It’s because the LDS puts the Book of Mormon above the Bible. They have been taught that the Bible we have has been changed/corrupted by man, hence Joseph Smith (through self-proclaimed and unverifiable personal revelation from an “angel”) created his own “revised”bible with entire portions of Scripture missing as well as portions of Scripture completely reworded and changed to fit the Mormon religion and also created the Book of Mormon, a book that contains uniquely Mormon accounts (meaning they are not doctrines nor events held by any Judeo-Christian faiths other than themselves) with zero verifiable historical legitimacy attached to it.

He speaks quickly to not let people have time to think and put words into their mouths. 4) "Lean not on your own understanding" 5) "Jeremiah 17: 10 , "“I the Lord search the heart and test the mind,[b] to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”" 6) in reference to 5, James 2: 26 "faith without deeds is dead" because it is by faith that we do works. Their response was the word Begotten is an Old English word that means one of a kind, not created. I posted a link from a christian scholarship website showing how this interpretation was incorrect, and they promptly deleted my reply. Now, as a seeker of truth I wonder, why would they not respond to christian scholarship? Why is it critical to their argument to claim a word in the Bible means something it doesn't? Why would they not address the information, but promptly suppress it? Strange isn't it?

Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints”.

Ray, what a loving and kind way to keep pressing in with God’s gospel message. I live in an area of Ga that has a lot of mormons and they need to be shown how grace and mercy truly works with God without arguments or clashing with them. You kept bringing back around to the truth at hand and not attacking their beliefs. I truly believe, especially the boy on the left and the girl to the right, your message hit home and planted seeds there. We are working hard in our area to keep sharing the gospel good news with the Way of Master technique! It is absolutely not only an effective tool to spread the good news, for those of us using it and seeing seeds planted, seeds cultivated, and God reaping when the veil lifts, it is changing our lives and walk with Christ as well. Keep up the good fight!

As someone who was raised in the Mormon church, but now a Christian, Ray did the best he could do with them. Honestly, when you don't believe the BIble is correct, and Mormons are taught that it is not, you are free to think anything. We have to pray for them.

I was born and raised Mormon as well. The scales of deception rest heavy on the eyes of people caught in that Freemasonic generational curse. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for God freeing me from that spiritual captivity, that spiritual Egypt. I'm always praying for others born or caught into that deception (and all other deceptions) which would take them away from God's amazing grace. May God's blessings be upon you and yours.

@@benzun9600 There's many translations, but technically, just one version. If you prefer, there's the original Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic, untranslated texts, or a relatively newly translated "literal standard version". You're best off with teachers that understand the original languages, but even the modern English "versions" at least give you one or two perspectives, while leaving out many.

the refreshing thing about this was that they clearly don't believe Mormons are Christians. Many in the LDS church have attempted to soft-peddle their teachings about works and becoming gods themselves to blur the difference between the 2.

... if you do not believe that Jesus is God: you are not a Christian. Mormons believe that Jesus Christ was made and/or formed by Jahweh, "therefore Jesus and Satan are brothers" they say. They do not believe in The Bible: "because it is tinted" LDS is a cult.

🙏🏽 Please pray for my brother, Brian, and his family. He has been a fully devout LDS member for 41 years now, since the age of 19 when he converted from Catholicism. His amazing wife, 4 sons, and their respective families are fully immersed in the Mormon religion. 😔 My mom called it a cult from the onset of my brother's conversion. (She passed almost 29 years ago, praying for Brian's salvation) I left Catholicism and became a true Christian 29 years ago. I'm blessed and ever grateful for my relationship with God. I pray daily for Brian and family. My brother, David, and his family are also not saved. Occasionally, they attend a Christian Science church. 😞 Jimmy, my third brother, is the one who invited me to his Christian church and lead me out of Catholicism, all by the grace of Christ. 🙏🏽

My husband, and youngest daughter are indifferent, while my older daughter is positively hostile....and has raised my only grandchild in a godless home. Seems a lot of 'religious' people do not know and or believe what the bible says. I have Catholic friends who NEVER know what I'm talking about when I quote scripture. One Catholic friend calls scriptures I tell them about a 'theory'. I pray for them all the time, as I will be praying for these people Ray spoke with.

Good for you, my family also, believe now all religions lead to God and that's because all teach works righteousness and they will easily unify. Maybe have a movie night with a solid Christian film to discuss. Many at "Christian Movies" free on KZread. I highly recommend "The Perfect Stranger" and "Another Perfect Stranger", so many questions about religion verses relationship gently answered. Take care, B.

Yes. @tammy. I've written this many times on Ray's site- I know exactly where this college is where Ray evangelizes as I went to piano lessons there in 1966!! I grew up in the town near where Ray lives now - then my parents moved us to HB - where Ray evangelizes on the weekends - when the State of CA was going to build the 105 freeway right past our little house. And now I have NO family left because the catholics I tried to talk with found out I had left the religion as a teen (I had to keep it a secret or the abuse would increase) and the atheists hate me for leaving the religion when they hate God themselves. INSANITY. Growing up in the catholic religion, catholic grade school, it was POUNDED - YELLED into our heads to 1) hate the Jews because the Jews killed our Jesus, and 2) to NOT read the Holy Bible because we wouldn't understand it, etc..... add to that a lot of blasphemous man-made changed doctrine to what GOD REALLY SAID - and there you go. AN ENTIRE PLANET OF LOST PRIDE-FILLED IGNORANT PEOPLE. So I really get it when Ray reaches out to catholics, as well as any man-made religion. Jesus is holding my heart in His Hands so my pain is less since my entire surviving family has rejected and blasted me and my husband - even my only child has now refused to believe in God just because of a lot of bad things that we've been through. so praying for EVERYBODY - DAILY, NIGHTLY, IN BETWEEN. God bless you.

Mormonism is a hard spiritual bondage to break because it has enough semblance of truth to make it attractive outwardly but many unbiblical doctrines and traditions that are drilled into the minds of it's converts as a sort of conditioning.
