God knows the time and the place to win over another child Walter was being prepared for that moment. Was a seed planted in the past and now it springs up to bare fruit or did we see the seed just now planted and God had been preparing the ground for the seed beforehand?

Christians will still sin, and Satan will come after new Christians even more forcefully since he doesn't want to let go of the grasp he had ahold of you before you became a Christian, and wants to take you to hell, with him, but thank Jesus that we can ask for forgiveness if we slip up and he will forgive you. Also, remember, you can NEVER fool Jesus. He knows all and everything about you. All your inner thoughts. King Jesus!!!

Absolutely he has a gift of preaching the love of God . But have you read the scriptures pretty simple Romans 10:9 what does it say, what about 1st John 1:9 what does it say what about John 3:16 what does it say it says perish not Eternal suffering and John 3:18 says if we do not believe in his name we are under condemnation that doesn't mean eternal hell. What about Ray Comfort when he mentions the Rich Young Ruler with the same questions how do I get to heaven?.... the exact same question these people have what did our Master Jesus say , he said if you want to have riches in heaven sell everything that you have give it to the poor and follow me Jesus God incarnate never mentions once to the Rich Young Ruler about hell! Why is Ray comforting condemning them to hell.. I'm sorry my savior god incarnate never did that so why are we???????????? It's good Ray Comfort is preaching to this world, but on the other hand he is not preaching correctly and we could be ruining other people's thoughts about Christ and his love for us

Same for me. Ray is a great influence on my life. For years I've said I was a Christian, but was just a false convert. I now understand fully my depravity and my daily need for my Lord and Savior, Jesus. I'm grateful to God for Ray's life and ministry.

Do you think turning from sins (or trying to) saves a person? Salvation comes only when we believe and put our trust in Jesus' death, shed blood, burial and resurrection for the forgiveness of our sins. Ray doesn't know the gospel of GRACE.

@@Believe_the_Bible Yes, technically although repentance itself is not what unites us to Christ, faith is, but Jesus did say to repent and to believe the gospel. Repentance does not simply mean changing your mind, although it does mean that it also always leads to action. Repentance is a huge theme in Matthew's gospel. I'll put two verses down below: “And when they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life.”” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭11‬:‭18‬ “For godly sorrow produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world brings about death.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10 In these verses repentance is referred to as that which leads to salvation, but yes you're right, faith itself is what saves us and unites us to Christ. But we can be sure, that where true repentance has not occurred in an individual (a change of mind that leads to action in forsaking their old life and sins and turning to Jesus) that that person does not possess genuine saving faith according to Jesus all throughout the gospels, and the Apostles. ““Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬-‭30‬ “They profess to know God, but by their works they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and unfit for any good work.” ‭‭Titus‬ ‭1‬:‭16‬ “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭10‬ “What use is it, my brothers, if someone says he has faith but he has no works? But the grace that brings salvation also teaches us to deny ALL ungodliness!

I like Walter a lot! Very honest, soft spoken, and able to self reflect (he was looking inward to see or recognize his own sin). I’ll be praying for him!

You can tell that Walter is uncomfortable (understandably), but you can also tell he's HURTING!! God bless you Walter, and dont be afraid to humble yourself before the Lord!! He loves you man!!

It is truly my favorite thing to watch people buckle, submit, and LISTEN whole-heartedly when the true gospel is spoken to them. You can see clearly how a message was received and a seed was planted. You can see how supernatural God is in these tiny moments.

Vickie, John Newton was taught the Bible by his mother when he was young. She died and was raised by his dad and put on a ship that he despised hauling human cargo (slaves). He later stopped that and it was during a storm that was close to destroying the ship that he reflected on his life and turned BACK to GOD. He was never an atheist, he was a backslider in the faith. He became a clergyman and wrote many Christian poems and hymns.

I get these joyful happy tears every time someone sees the truth and accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior.

That man was indeed crying out to the lord and came into his life in perfect timing. God is always good amen!

He was showing no emotion and you led him to the Lord. Awesome Ray! Had a cool encounter yesterday in a Walmart parking lot, which gets a lot of traffic. A little depressed and needed something from the Lord to let me know I was on the right track. Here comes a man and his wife walking to the store, and he had a cross around his neck and I asked him where he got it. He took it off and gave it to me! The guy said I am giving you this because of what you are doing for the Lord. God is good and that was a surprise I won't forget. Guess I'm on the right track.

Walter is an amazing soul. He has the Bible app and reads daily. He was already doing more than lukewarm Christian’s (I spent 20 years lukewarm) and that’s about the worst thing to be. I’m just so happy he said Yes to Ray and I know Walter has a strong heart for the Lord. I just feel it. Sure he will have stumbling blocks but it is my hope he becomes a true servant of God. I'm not a crying man, but this literally brought tears to my eyes seeing this man humble himself before the Lord. Not just an average man, but a monster of a man who sounds and looks like he means business. When there are so many people ignoring and denying the love of Jesus it was like breathing fresh air seeing this. I can only imagine the celebration in heaven.

Walter has been “translated from death to life, and has been given new eternal life in Christ”. Awesome.

Praise God for the work He is doing in Walter's heart. Thank You, Ray for your commitment, perseverance, & love for the lost.

I’m have a niece that lives in Huntington Beach. I haven’t seen her since she was 16. That person to my knowledge isn’t saved. I’m praying that she will someday come across Ray witnessing. She’s a teacher with at least three Masters yet doesn’t know the Word of God. She, among many other relatives, is in my prayers daily.

Pray for me guys. I’m young and trying to start running the race God called me to, but everyday I find myself too cowardly to share my faith, and too overwhelmed by work to keep my mind on Christ. I’m desperate to see the power of God in my life, to be changed from a froward servant to a loyal son. I know that Jesus presents me faultless, but I can’t help but resent myself for constantly failing. Please pray that God gives me the will, ability, and boldness to do that which is pleasing to Him. Even still, I give thanks to God our Father for being a consuming fire, for all things work together for the good of them who love God, and are called according to His purpose. @@just_a_strange_travelerI suffered with social anxiety my whole life and have been delivered from it by Jesus. My best advice is to read your Bible and pray daily, and develop an intimate relationship with both Jesus and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will guide you, give you the words to speak and embolden you. I’ve been born again 1 year 9 months and have begun sharing the gospel with absolute strangers in stores, etc. It can be done but you need to surrender your will to Him and let Him be the Lord of your life.

Beautiful! Angels are rejoicing over this new brother! God has made Ray a fisher of men. Lord please help us all to be fishers of men!

When you are living your life it can get difficult, but somehow things work out miraculously. Thank God for those little miracles, thank you Lord.

We are always in a fallen nature since man chose sin, Thank God he send his son Jesus to pay the price for us sinners to be forgiven even though we are of fallen nature.

Did you hear him put his trust in Christ' DBR for the forgiveness of his sins? Nope, because Ray doesn't know the gospel that saves a person today. Do you think turning from sins (or trying to) saves a person? Salvation comes only when we believe and put our trust in Jesus' death, shed blood, burial and resurrection for the forgiveness of our sins.

​@@Keeeys Yes, once we are saved we should most definitely turn from all the sin we can. I agree. But we cannot turn from enough sin to be saved. Ray is teaching that one needs to turn (a work) from their sins FIRST to be saved. See the difference. Adding one work to Christ work on the cross makes it no longer GRACE. Ray doesn't know what sin is or what grace is. Sad. Jas 4:17 KJV Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin. Rom 11:6 KJV And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Do you really think a person can keep from sinning enough to be saved?

@@Believe_the_Bibleno they can’t they need to be saved first, then He helps us not sin, you’re right. So what is the Bible verse we use to ask Jesus to save us or have Him open the door to our lives? There must be a simpler way to straight up tell people. For me, I said, “if you’re real, please take this mess away, I will do whatever I have to”. He created a miracle for me, nights later downloaded His Holy Spirit into me then a month or so later helped me stop my addictions one by one. I’m assuming it’s not the same for everyone.

I think God's greatest creation is a child of God. To take rebellious physical creatures with free will and bring them to the point they gladly accept the unseen God and his way to eternal life and the spirit life of eternity is greater and more miraculous than the creation of the universe. I would guess it's the hardest thing God does.

His children will be of the unchangeable mindset to live peacefully and joyfully with God for eternity. We have lived the other way and experienced its outcomes and now choose God's way as the only way to peace and happiness for eternity

Ray has such a gentle, yet firm way about him, which helps in dealing with people who "lose their patience" or are resistant. He truly speaks the truth in love and that makes a huge difference; it's not just a message, but someone genuinely reaching out in love. God bless you for your faithfulness over all these years. Repenting and prayer are no more works than believing and trusting are. The works the Bible refers to, that can't save us, are things we think we can do, out of our fallen state, to earn our salvation. But doing what the Lord has commanded us, repenting, praying, worshipping Jesus is all part of the belief and trust in Jesus that you speak of.

He looked a little bit difficult at first, but you kept your composure and focused on getting his attention. All from the grace of God, he listened, prayed with you, and even grabbed some free books.

Good job that God didn't lose His patience on sinners. He is long suffering and willing to save those who call on His name; "Have mercy on me a sinner!".

Romans 4:5, ephesians 2:8-9, galatians 2:16, John 3:16, all explicit. and before you quote me james 2, hebrews 10, and "depart from me i never knew you" let me save you the breath, james 2 is in the context of discipleship, hebrews shows us how impossible it is for us to lose our salvation, and "Depart from me i never knew you" was for the ones who tried to be justified by the law and weren't born again aka believed the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I loved that. Jesus said to a guy in the Gospel, “You are not far from the kingdom of God;”different context here, but I think this guy is very close to the Kingdom & becoming a genuine son of the King. I’m going to pray the Holy Spirit goes to work on him revealing the truth of Jesus, teaching him sound Biblical theological, leading him to surrendering EVERYTHING to God resulting in KNOWING there is life after death & that he has it when he puts his faith in Jesus.

Walter seems like a nice young man. My heart aches right now for him to experience the love Jesus has for him. I pray for his salvation. Please Lord Jesus, draw Walter to your ever loving presents in Your Holy name😭✝️ 9:56

Repentance = greek word for metanoia which means to change your mind, in the context of true salvific biblical repentance what it is saying is change your MIND from UNBELIEF in Christ alone as your savior (aka trusting in yourself, trusting in your law keeping, trusting in your "turning from sins") and BELIEVE in the Lord Jesus Christs finished redemptive work on the cross for remission of your sins. The gospel is the same today as it was 2000 years ago and it will never change, we are justified by GRACE alone through FAITH alone in CHRIST alone
