For those of you wondering the temperature to use, the recipe on the website says preheat using 120c/250f. Not sure why the video skipped that part but hopefully this will save others some time from having to search for it.

The video STARTED with you tasting the food. Ahh it looks so delicious😍
When pulling the membrane off the back of the ribs, I wrap a paper towel around the membrane. It comes off so much easier. Will try these Very Soon. Thanks for sharing.

@@tarajelo3398 Actually, it is even best to use the handle of a tea spoon that you insert under the silkver skin... You pull the silver skin up then use some kitchen paper towel, as said... It comes off very easily ;-)
All the best for 2021! I made these last week for New Years’s Eve. When I tastes the marinade I was afraid they would be too spicy for our friends, but after they came out of the oven, the spicyness was perfect! A big succes! Thank you so much for this recipe!
I just recently stumbled on to your channel and I couldn’t stop watching your cooking videos. I love how you simplify your recipes, for the home cooks, yet with full of flavor. The next day I had to try your Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Bowl. Wow! So simple yet so flavorful. Delicious 😋 (BTW, my husband loved it, too) Next, I’m going to make these ribs and then try your Chinese egg tarts! Can’t wait! Thank you, thank you for all the great recipes. ❤️
Thank you for sharing, delicious 😋
I am gonna try this one! Looks so yummy! Thanks Marion for this recipe.

Marion you always get me so hungry!! I loooooove Gochujang so this recipe is a dream. Thanks again.
Just made it, excellent! 😋
You manage to eat it so delicately, even though it's messy ribs. But looks so delicious. 😋
Just wanted to say I tried this tonight! It is amazing. The gochujang was suprisingly mild after it cooked!
Thank you Marion!! I made these tonight and they turned out perfect!!! Deeeeelicious

Hello from Florida...I made these today and they were simply amazing. Thank you again for another fantastic dish.
These ribs were amazing Marion- thank you! 👍🏼❤️
Next time add 물엿 (corn syrup) to your sauce. It won't look so pasty.
Hi Marion, thanks for the inspiration! I've added a touch of miso paste to the sauce and am marinading the ribs now. Am sure they'd taste awesome tonight!
Marion! Goodness, I remember watching you in Masterchef Australia a few years ago. I had no idea you had your own KZread channel! Safe to say I'm thoroughly enjoying your videos and taking inspiration to build my own cooking channel. Thank you 😇

Making me hungry, try to make the Philippine’s pork bbq sticks🙏❤️💖💜💝
I was given some pork ribs today and had no idea how to cook them. Thanks for showing me how! I took some liberties with the marinade... I made a spicy honey soy and garlic. They've been marinading for a few hours now and I've just put them in the oven.
Oh my god this looks incredible
Marion this is super delicious so easy to make 😄😄😄
Just WOW....let me at them😋 Wish I could get your sauces in the UK
Wow, I've never known you suppose to remove that membrane. Thank you for including it.

I've just cooked it for my mom and she loved it. I usually don't like pork, especially ribs but the ones made by your recipe are perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

i usually don't like ribs either but i ate some korean based food and i thought it was not bad. so i was going through youtube and came across marions kitchen. and usually like to scroll and read the comments (because youtube comments can be funny and entertaining, informative), and saw your comment here. so although don't like pork ribs, i thought it at least looked good in video. but.... i can't cook, so i guess i was just bored and watching a ton of videos, anyways. i know it's been a while since your original comment, but i hope your mom enjoyed your cooking. pretty much all the comments here about cooking makes me kinda jealous, since i can't cook. but maybe in the future.
OMG 😍😍😍
Awesome recipe Marion
omg i need to make this!!
This recipe has recently been reposted on social media so tonight I had to try it and got to say it's easy, awesome came out perfect just as the vid shows...and it can get messy lol.. Thanks Marion your a superstar chef ;)
and I'm about to make a cucumber tea sandwich for dinner lol... this looks phenomenal
Thanks for letting us know which aisle in Coles I've been searching n searching. Can't wait to try 😎
These videos of yours are TV quality really. They should give you your own programme on Food Network. You're made for this.

I'm making these tomorrow. I'll check back and let you know how it goes!! looks sooooo good!
Juicy sweet and spicy Korean ribs! Who's hungry while you are watching this video? :)
Tomorrow will be the day I will do spareribs exactly after your recipe. I am excited to try how they will taste. ❤️
I'm in the Southeast of the USA and we would use butter knife to loosen the membrane from the first rib and pull with a paper towel. I have all the goodies except 'your' sauce and would cook to a little lesser doneness over charcoal (more chew) but your flavors look wonderful.... Thanks for the recipes and sharing Noi ~~!
I have your Vietnamese tangy dressing which I use on the salad and I used your sticky chilli ginger on the pork. Both amazing sauces and dressing
Yummm...ty...marion..definetly...going to cook💖💖😘😘😘
Tried this and they were phenomenal!! Back here cause I wanna make this again!
This is the same method I use for ribs but now I gotta try it Korean style! 😋

This looks so good! Is there an alternative to the hot sauce to make it toddler friendly?
Yummmm
Gosh Marion! Those ribs look Amazing!! Those look like St Louis-style ribs (here in the US) which are basically squared spare ribs. Please show us how you trimmed them and what you do with the trimmings!! 😍

Marion, thank you so much for showing me a new recipe. It popped up today on my KZread. Of course it's snowing right now over in the States, so what did I decide to do?!! BBQ!!! Gave the recipe a try and added a few things to it.. honey and liquid smoke.. OMG.... it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Shout out to my fellow Thai.... Keep doing what you do, you're Awesome!!!
Good thing I wasn't being filmed enjoying those ribs, I am a little more barbaric when devouring something that tastes good.

Where can I get the recipe for your ribs and I am in England so your sauces are hard to find!!
I have to try this recipe one I like ribs and two it seems simple to make.
I think we need more Korean influence in Australia... Looks fantastic and I'm sure they taste fantastic...
Agreed EPIC!! 🤤🤤🤤😋
Marion as always👍👍👍👌
Love your video s
mouth watering ... i'll this very soon :)
I do the more traditional way with a dry rub (minced garlic/onions, paparika, honey, pepper/soy sauce, rosemary) slow cook in oven for about 2.5hrs at 290 and then mix the left over dry rub with gochujjang and preferred bbq sauce with a little siracha (condensed over low heat) and then baste the completed sauce at around 420 for another 30min. Has a little kick to it and very good crust b/c the gochujjang holds everything together. Serve with rice and side of kimchee to balance the sweet rich flavors :)
Marion you always look good and sophisticated whatever you do. And you are really one capable woman.
I've followed this recipe twice now, and it always comes out soo good 😋 And i'm fairly new to cooking. This is very friendly even for beginners! Thanks Marion!
Yummy

Hello Marion! thanks for the easy recipe, can I check if I am able to use this sauce to marinade my ribs overnight? As I am bring it outdoors for a BBQ.
I prefer using a dry spice rub and cooking them in a charcoal smoker but i wouldnt turn those down😁
I Love her…thanks for sharing
Would temp and time be good for beef flanken ribs too?
Hi Marion, I am wondering where your lipstick is from? I asked it in another video, cause I am obsessed. I am a new(er) follower and I love your recipes, made several ones as they are so straightforward and easy.
I made it. That was epic 😚😋😇
Thank you, on how much degrees in the oven?

Pre heat oven to 120C/250F. Roast for two hours. Remove the ribs from the oven and increase oven temperature to 200C/390F. Brush the ribs with the sauce. Place the ribs back in the oven, uncovered for 5-10 minutes
Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm , making those for sure , but I’ll be using regular sriracha sauce in my sauce mix since we don’t YET have your coconut sriracha in Canada (hint, hint !) .....
