The description at 6:40 about creep aggro leaves out that creep aggro has a 3 second cooldown. So once you draw aggro outside the acquisition range, you have 3 seconds to attack as many times as you can before drawing aggro again. You aren't limited to 1 attack.

You could prob get 2 if you commanded right outside of the range, but knowing the exact range takes a while to learn lol

I've been trying to get people to leave sentries on ward stones if they weren't in vision when discovered for a long time. Sadly there is always that one person on the team who either doesn't understand or doesn't care. A lack of vision can be abused on your favor quite easily. I even sometimes leave observers if they dont have a sentry and were discovered during a smoke. Because even if they have vision you can use that vision to bait with a good team

i have lost count on the number of times i raged when i tell them beforehand not to deward the sentries, but they still did right after I spammed not to deward

best jenkins content so far, especially the 4th habit, I've been asking supports not to randomly create double waves on the safelane for ages BSJ is a dangerous sociopath btw

my fav is the reverse version when I play normal, and the juggernaut starts yelling at me to pull... while he's farming just outside of tower range, I'm harassing the enemy out of lane, and we don't have the camp stacked, so I ask "Do you want to push? If so wait a minute for the catapult, to do the double wave" then he got mad and went to jungle. I was just sitting there like wtf. Of course he didn't get back to push, he arrived back 2 waves later "Aren't we pushing?"

As for wards, I use a quite safe method of placement. You place a sentry on a cliff to check for enemy sentries. If there is one, break it, but don't place your obs here - enemy will surely come with new sentry. If spot is empty - you can safely place your obs. Dumb, but works for me.

When Jenkins says "Bsj is and dangerous sociopath" it inspired me a lot and i felt that

Thus said Lord Jenkins: "BSJ is and dangeros sociopath" And finally, the world felt peace again.

Jenkins: “BJS is and dangeros sociopath” Ah I see nice way to dodge those lawyers and baiting everyone else to get sued

Haven't even watched yet but the thumbnail is already triggering me... why do my carries always have to deward sentries, it's like they think I somehow took the time to put a sentry and obs but didn't see the enemy sentry right where I just placed 2 wards

They probably didn't think about it. I've gotten some success from simply talking to them ahead of time to let them know which sentries it's better that we don't deward and why.

Honestly I'm a newer player and still working out a lot of stuff, and while Jenkins' videos have helped a lot I'm actually struggling to wrap my head around this. Can anyone explain it a bit more for me as a newbie trying to improve?

“Dont kill that sent” add 10 X pings and 20 second later a core come and deward. After that move i know i shouldnt try hard and have fun as much as i can

@@Dezolion if u place obsv in high cliff and sentry around then see enemy sentry there, enemy don't know u got obsv up the high cliff. if u deward enemy sentry in the high cliff then enemy know u got some wards up there.

when the creep wave is almost done clearing the easy camp, i pull the hard one so the entire wave is denied.

Killing those sentries also shows you on the map, and that can allow the enemy to make a move somewhere with more numbers, or maybe just pick you off.

If I think their support is nearby, I usually wait around a moment (like 5 seconds) if possible, and then place the observer on top of their sentry (sentries have a 12 second vision)

As a support I usually - after takin' care of my carry - I go to the jungle gettin' my ulti ready and buildin' some useful items I can call 'em countering items?, such as force staff if we're facing Roots or stuns or Atos if they have high mobility and so on...

this has been happening for years man, its like some carnal instinct that every player has to deward if they see it even at the cost of their life, when you think about it this is very basic but most of the time everyone is in mode: MONKE so they dont actually think

Happens every single time without fail tat pro players in our team (herald to ancients) see a sentry, kill tat sentry syndrome, give enemy information on map presence and where to de-ward again n gain gold of the ally obs...

the main problem with dewarding sentries in 2k-3k pubs is that the cores hit the sentry even though I told them specifically "leave it, they cant see"

Yep. Welcome to the thankless life as a support. Or when you go and try to get some farm and levels because you're like 5 levels behind everyone else and then your team mass reports you for trolling and valve gives you low prio for high reports.

the agro one is hard one if u r not used to. i often use side area or even push back enemy carry (only on early minute) since support hero often has a good nuke damage and u jus need clarity or mango to push enemy back far from equilbrum and make them not getting any exp

I still don’t understand why you would leave it there. Their sentry ward will see that you have a ward up there so you aren’t baiting a false sense of security. They can see the ward?!

@@JSE4 the fact is after a few seconds of planting a sentry ward, the planter will lose the vision around it, so we are not able to see the ward that is placed after that. Idk when was this changed but yeah what he says is right

BJS is and dangeros sociapath Leaving sentries on cliffs is nice but I've seen more often then not that enemy supps come and place a ward on that spot since they don't have to sentry it again. Nonetheless, I do leave them on cliffs but someone from the team destroys it, Sadge.

2:57 is often the teammate denies it instead of supports. Sometimes do have to remind them. Not support's fault

I would debate about the dewarding thoughts. Not removing observers give vision a certain place and u have less potential to do suprise attack. I think leaving enemy observers in place is more a situational decision not a general principle.
