Hello, I'm Joconde.
Do you know Cafe Glaciel in Le Tao, famous for its cheesecake?
There is a dessert called 'ballon de fruite'.
This is a pretty tart decorated like a balloon by scooping fruit sorbet.
This video was made to imitate that appearance. The recipe was made by me.
The cream cheese cream is colored using raspberry, blueberry, mango puree and matcha tea.
I am satisfied with that it came out beautifully.
Due to the lengthy production process, some processes that were repeatedly repeated in the previous video were omitted.

60g cream cheese
24g sugar
60g yogurt
2g vanilla extract

80g heavy cream
15g raspberry puree
8g blueberry puree
18g mango puree
14 g matcha mixture

160g cream cheese
30g hot heavy cream
80g cold heavy cream
24g sugar
4g vanilla extract

* I used a 10cm-diameter sheet by cutting the edge of Genoise.

anyone else just obsessed with her baking vids? I've been getting really into baking and such & I love watching these. They give me ideas on what to try next and one of these days, I'll follow the recipe in the video

@Kelsey F Please STOP with that annoying "I am so obsessed" nonsense. You are NOT "obsessed" with her damn videos, lady. My neighbor has obsessive disorder and she flicks the light switch on and off hundreds of times a day, and she washes her hands up to 15 times/hour when things are going badly for her. So far, no-one has managed a successful treatment for her. *She* has *obsession.* Just stop already with that phrase. You're being disrespectful.

Oh, I'm *obsessed* with Johnny Depp! Oh, I'm *OCD* about cleaning! No, you're not. You're enjoying the channel, maybe. You're interested in following the trial, perhaps, or you enjoy JD's acting. You prefer a cleaner house to a messy one. But in *NONE* of those cases is the person *obsessed.* Yet that is the damned term of the day. Suddenly, everyone is *obsessed* with this, that, and the other. JUST STOP. And you, @A Dissapointed Diluc, just stop with giving passes out to everyone behaving badly "in case they didn't know." Just stop with the PC BS.

@@lisahinton9682 Yes, you are right about people shouldn't freely use disorder to describe things. Just a question, when did I ever 'giving passes'? What I meant is, how could they even know about what happened to your neighbor? And why do you have to be a bit mean? You could've just explain it to them nicely.

@Lisa hinton they where using the word obsessed which has existed outside of OCD.
A lot of you probably plan on recreating this. I watch Jaconde’s baking videos to sleep, the sounds are so soothing and the cinematics and colour palettes make for a very pleasing calming experience. I have anxiety and struggle to fall asleep, Jaconde’s videos keep me entranced and help me relax to connect with my drowsiness. I love these videos.
anyone else think its crazy joconde has 8 legs like a spider and did all the fruit ball sections at once? truly talented
If I spent time making something that came flying out of a mold and landed on the ground, I’m definitely still using it! Nobody will know 😂 !
The flying mango ball had me laughing out loud. And then the claim that the ball was not used made me laugh even more.

I actually bothered to make this for my own birthday - it took me 3 days, but the result was probably the most delicious cake I had ever made - it has a great balance of soft fruit taste with nuts and cream. I was a bit worried about the balloons on the top, but after a night in the fridge they softened and the cake was very easy to cut the next day.
